  1. Past hour
  2. So apparently Butler and Niblett didn't go in the portal? Or no one is going to confirm or deny until the 48 hour window is up?
  3. This report was just a single story. He did not drop because of this. Team draft boards vary wildly from team to team especially on players they deem as true number 1 grades. The Cowboys only had 12 players with a 1 grade. Other teams vary in number and by player. They are not based on anonymous sourced stories like this. the story that popped today is more indicative of why he dropped. There were only a few teams that need a new starting QB. But Shadeur had a private visit with the Giants but didn’t throw. Daboll had sent him a deck to study of some plays, calls, scenarios, defenses for the interview. Shadeur shows up with zero preparation and his entitled attitude. Daboll calls him on it, Sanders gets angry, and the visit goes south very quickly. This is with a team they wanted to draft him. Likely that took him immediately off the Giants board. if Shadeur did this same shit with the other teams it’s no wonder they dropped him down. The white board exercise is universal in qb interviews at combine, at pro days, and in private meetings. Mariucci does a master class on them prior to the draft. If Shadeur pulled this at the few teams he met with no wonder he dropped to 144. The other teams were told by Deion not to bother. pulling this shit at a job interview is just stupidity. Enjoy your draft room Legendary.
  4. Yeah well Schwinning at Texas starts now.
  5. Wellbe fine, Georgia will be fine. We'll beat them at their place and in the championship.
  6. Have both Warriors and TWolves in the first round in my playoff bracket comp at work. Feeling good about those picks right now.
  7. Because, as bad as Houston is, they're still a playoff roster. Golden State, without Butler, is not. Houston knew they had to win this one and didn't come particularly close.
  8. He can't see his WR's and stays in the pocket too long which leads to self-sacking.
  9. does he even own a black suit?
  10. He’s 2nd string. Tua injured and Zack Wilson will suck or be injured and he’s gonna play next year.
  11. Fuck.. Yes. Now let's see if Scott can be a rain maker.
  12. Was thinking of putting up signs around the neighborhood with my new kitten's photo and the words: "NOT LOST; JUST AN ASSHOLE." Pictured: the aforementioned Asshole.
  13. They were riding high after taking dosn Tenn and Arkie, and thought they could take down another #1 team. They only problem with problem with that is that we're legit. We crushed their hopes. They truly believed that they could walk in and just win. Then whem they lose it's the umps were paid off, not that they couldn't hit because of our alite pitching Ask Georgia and LSU how that worked for them. Georgia came in leading the conference in home runs, and I believe that got none get zero. Auburn thought they were the shit until we fucked then up. 3 top 3-qp teams got a lessen in how great pitching leadas to great run support. Aggy had zero chance of winning. Even if we take the day off and play just rotational pitchers they're still going to lose. Max Weiner is a fucking baller.
  14. Also on the topic of Aggie moral/character superiority, I find it sort of amusing that their pitching coach Jason Kelly bailed on Washington in year 2 after going 19-31 as the HC. Left Washington high and dry to chase a bag and what he felt like was a better opportunity. I believe some would even venture to file that under the category of “career choice”
  15. @DerkaYou were right and most of the idiots on this thread, including @Hermanator , were wrong. I will admit it. Hermanator was wrong.
  16. We cried the tears We shed the fears
  17. I trust John Harris opinions and while he did said it was his belief that the kid from USC was the best receiving back in the draft what really was the reason why he loved the pick was the kids character and toughness. That last one is something I don't recall hearing frequently mentioned with Blue and that goes back to his days at Klein Cain. Know someone in fact who was involved at the infamous track meet that set things in motion for Blue to skip his senior season. They have nothing, but great things to say about Golden and not much to say about Blue. Not bad things, but they never felt Jayden was thinking about much beyond how things impacted himself. Some can down vote me all you want, but ask yourself this, when Texas absolutely had to put the ball in the hands of a back to make a big play who was it? Who did Sark and the staff trust in the biggest moments? Blue is a very fast running back with talent who averaged 9 carries a game this year and less than 50 yards a game. This was the first year he ever totaled over 1,000 yards in total offense and that was in 15 games. I know some wanted to compare him to Gibbs of Detroit, but the guy he reminds me the most is Michael Goodson. I saw both in high school and they were incredibly talented, but it always felt there was something missing. As far as your comments on the rest of the draft, the OT from Minnesota most likely will get at look at guard. Tunsil did so his first year at Miami and said it was a great learning experience. If the kid is one of their five best they will do it. The two ISU receivers are very good and the slot receiver is important with Tank basically being gone for the year and most likely done with that injury.
  18. So why is it so hard to fathom that Golden State won?
  19. For some reason, ended up listening to 3 3rd symphonies yesterday; Schumann, Rachmaninoff, and Prokofiev. The third movement of that third guy's third symphony is an earfuck. One of the creepiest pieces of music ever written. Amazing.
  20. Cuz Houston kinda sucks too?
  21. We would’ve beat LSU in 19 if this was a rule
  22. Then why were they favored?
