Lol remember when this was a big deal? Ahhhh, better times. Better times. Sure we might have been still getting over COVID but at least we weren't being led by a dude selling scams to his army of useful idiots

1/72 so about an inch tall. Nah, just miniatures and maybe some buildings. Wounded and KIA. The diorama is only going to be 4x3 and show air support on the eastern front. We have a series we want to showing ground support across all WW2 theaters.

Arrest: Yes Citizen: No Deportation or Prison: Yes Name of Accused/Guilty Published: No. Thus I conclude he wasn't Ramon Gonzalez de la Esquela but rather Boris Badinov Stealinsky.

It's not like the Hatch Act was ever enforced even during Dotard v1.0.

There were multiple girls at the game yesterday that completely supported the aggy stereotype. Larger, wearing clothes that are normally reserved for smaller gals, and standing around with a not so bright look on their face. Aggy is truly an animal all to themselves.

Got back last night… I’m sure I’ll be in Japan/Vacation withdrawals as soon as my jet lag and cold is gone. Just wanted to add a PSA for those of y’all planning future trips to consider other places to visit besides the big 3 of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. On this trip took a bullet train from Tokyo to Kananzawa. It took about 3 hours. It’s such a cool little city. Much much much less crowded and for some reason majority of the tourists I encountered were Italians, French, and Spanish. I think I can count on one hand the number of American accents I heard. Kanazawa has great food, various older districts like Kyoto, and plenty of upscale shopping for those that love that aspect of Japan. Also rented a car and explored the West Coast of Japan into smaller towns which has some amazing scenery. Also, the Grand Class for the bullet train is amazing. Some random pics of Kanazawa, Shirakawa-go, and areas around Fukui.

I've heard that the pizza at the actual Pinthouse Brewing (Ben White Blvd) is good, but I've never ventured down there. The pizza at Pinthouse on Burnet is lame.

We've all typed far too much about this, but that will not stop me from typing some more... Sanders' physical traits might place him among the top 5 QBs in this draft. In fact, he might be the 2nd best at footwork, deep passes, etc. It is a weak draft for QBs. None of us were in the interviews, but is the leaked information really any surprise? He asked teams how they are going to support him; he was unprepared for general playbook types of questions; he answered a personal call. Based on his demonstrated lack of sportsmanship, self-promotion, and finger pointing, what is being leaked about his interviews is no surprise. That alone would be a serious red flag, enough of one to push him down the draft board. Then add the family side show, and front-offices have to ask themselves, "Is the juice worth the squeeze?" Cleveland finally answered the question, "Yes, in the 5th round." The notion that there is some grand conspiracy against Shedeur or the Sanders family is absurd. These guys are running businesses and are making decisions they think will improve their businesses. Drafting a QB in the first round is an tacit message that you believe you are drafting a near-future starter. No team believed Shedeur is ready to be a starter. For some folks, that is being seen as racist, or anti-Sanders family, or whatever. Watch Daboll's interview and interaction with Jayden Daniels from Hard Knocks. It was fascinating and Daniels was impressive enough that Daboll said he was worth trading up for last year. The Giants traded up for Dart this year. Daboll, et al. believed that juice was worth the squeeze - and the cost - to get at #25. As noted previously, there are claims that Dallas had only 12 players with first round grades. Perhaps they only ranked 12 because they were picking 12th. Regardless, each team has a list of folks they are willing to (1) make a first round investment in and (2) borrow from the future to get in the first round. Shedeur was not on those lists, obviously. For many, I suspect that list contains fewer than 32 names. 32 will eventually get picked, of course. If Sanders is really as good as he, his dad and his sycophants believe, then it will be obvious and every other team will have missed out. And he'll ultimately get paid in 4 years, all while selling loads of "Legendary" swag.

Well coached teams with good hitters learn to adjust to pitchers over the years. If pitchers don't adjust too, they lose their edge. Do our pitchers ever add a pitch during their time here, or tweak their deliveries on certain pitches, or gain a few mph during their careers? How much video do they study of hitters they will face or do they just robotically rely on calls from the dugout?

Yeah. We have depth we haven't had for a while, but that depth is to switch out one or two players. Clearly not deep enough to replace every position at the same time.
