Someone needs to ask him ”ed orgeron probably can’t even spell his name but changed OC after having a better season than you, do you feel like the smartest man in the room still?”11 points

Fuck you and your faggoty victim complex. You don’t know anyone who now supports Trump “because he was attacked too much.” I am so fucking sick and tired of whiny trump supporters going “stop lumping me in with the racists, you’re why Trump was elected” but to you, anyone on your left is lumped into “hipster millennial libtard snowflake socialist SJW.” I don’t think you’re racist because you’re a republican. I think you are because you’re also an Aggy and everything you post screams it.10 points

"Coach, before the end of half you clearly started calling the plays and the offense scored two unanswered touchdowns. After that, ingram never sees the field again, no up tempo was run, and Sam was allowed yet another game determining interception. So my question is, what the fuck?"10 points

I go in for my pacemaker procedure next Monday. I hope Tom Herman & Company don't kill my ass before then. There were a couple times during the games I had to turn the damn thing off and go back and watch bits and pieces of it on DVR. Absolutely sickening. It would be nice to see the horns on top one last time before I go to the Happy Hunting Ground although I'm not holding my freaking breath8 points

Lost in all the latest posts is that statement from Mollie Tibbets father. She must have been an amazing young woman to have been raised by that man. And the world is worse off for with her loss. After the worst possible thing that could befall a parent - not just her death but her disappearance and her having been brutally assaulted and murdered - he is able to make such a statement full of dignity and grace is unreal to me. I’d still be in a medicated, screaming puddle. Bless him for standing up for what his daughter would have wanted and not succumbing to anger and hatred. I honestly don’t know if I could be that strong in his position.8 points

I think you're creating a position for those opposing Trump that is inaccurate. A good, traditional Republican could stick to his guns and still see the danger of the Trump presidency. Even the dread of leftist policies you state is sort of irrelevant with Trump as the leader of your party and president. Above I mention soft on Russia and big on tariffs. Trump operates from a world devoid of coherent policy or even the facade of a moral compass. Recognizing that is not the same thing as being compelled to embrace a more active federal government, raising the corporate tax, or feeding the poor. Chitown Doc has not become a raving lib. Brisket is not a raving lib. George Will is not a raving lib. John McCain was not a raving lib. They see what Trump means to the definition of their political party and they are (were) not having it. Trumpism is a bigger threat to your GOP than the left. The GOP largely, very largely, aligns with Trump. You can't man the barricades for the GOP and claim separation from Trumpism anymore. Trumpism has meant getting in bed with the "fine people" who support white supremacy and who want to characterize all undocumented aliens as villains looking only to rape and murder. You were never a crazy rightist as I recall. You love Reagan. You believe in trickle down and that lowering taxes increases government income. You think government is rarely a good answer to any problem. Nobody expects a person like that to embrace the liberal left, but it's sickening to see someone embrace a party and policies that spring from Donald Trump. To be a GOP today is to be a Trumpist. I'm sorry the discussion got so insulting, but exasperation at Trump is at a justifiably high level. Sorry to go on so long.7 points

Shit, have y'all caught the new Modelo beer ads? Celebrating hispanic heroes, both athletic and military. Talking about how they're the children of immigrants, sometimes they don't have traditional pathways, but they paved the way. "It doesn't matter where you come from, but what you're made of." The ads are entirely positive, but also entirely defiant. It's fucking awesome. And you're goddamned right, I'm close to needing to restock the beer fridge, and it's going to be Modelo this time. Brown people with balls versus an orange coward and his band of spineless weasels. Fuck this fucking simpleton pussy.7 points

And I remember when the GOP was a reasonable party. I was even a voting primary member. Now, a sizable percentage/majority believes things like the press is the enemy of the people, fact-based reporting is “fake news,” it’s cool to or children in jails, and guys named Jaime hanging Sheetrock are a major threat to our national security. Let’s be real fucking clear here: fucksticks like you do NOT get to lecture ME. You don’t get to buy into those value systems and then lecture ANYONE about ANYTHING.7 points

Psssst. Nobody is trying to convince gop voters of ANYTHING. Y’all have adopted a platform that rejects all facts and logic (alternative facts and shit). Arguing with you is a waste of fucking time. Beating you and shoving you back into the retrograde hole from which you crawled is the only smart path. Well, they don’t enjoy being called out on their bad behavior and/or the behavior they’re happy to encourage to win votes. It makes them uncomfortable. And how DARE you make a GOP voter uncomfortable, good sir! No....he’s a piece of the evidence. But the open racism of numerous other GOP candidates and their supporters kinda seals the deal. You know, monkey noises on phone calls, calling black People baboons, supporting revoking the passports of Americans of Hispanic descent like my dad, thar sort of thing. It’s a fucking all you can eat buffet of racism, and you want to pretend it doesn’t exist. Minorities don’t have that luxury, so neither should you, asshole. When they stop playing “the greatest hits,” the crowds will stop turning out for their concerts. All political movements need enthusiasm to succeed, and asshole racists bring the enthusiasm. It’s an indispensable foundation of any path to GOP electoral success. If they tried to get rid of it, they’d lose countless political offices for lack of turnout from their base. Own it, GOP. It’s your strategy now, so play the fucking game out in the open. Nobody’s buying your disingenuous bullshit anyway.7 points

Herman: "Sam can't be indecisive in the 4th quarter. It's like Shakespeare's play, Hamlet. I think his first quarter was eerily similar to when Hamlet saw his father's ghost and froze. Very similar to Sam's decision making. And we can't dwell on it and go all Hamlet act 3, you know?" At the very least we'll get a shitty synopsis of some work of literature every week6 points

Playing not to lose instead of playing to win isn't "playing the percentages" nor is it winning football. I will grant you Tom Landry never went for 2, but that was less a strategic decision and more that he stopped coaching in 1988 and the NFL added the 2pc in 1994.6 points

Until the Republicans party stops aligning itself with racists, don’t be surprised if people continue to call its members racist. Why are you saying, “we’re not ALL racists” instead of “we need to get these racists out of out party”? I don’t see anyone on the Republican side disclaiming them. Because they know racism is part of their base and part of their current program. Until you stop associating yourself with that, you’re the problem.6 points

I want to start by saying I am accountable for yesterday's result, the way we achieved the result, and any question about the decisions we made that led to the way we achieved the result. Specifically, I should have kept calling the plays, and kept running tempo. I also should have kept Ingram on the field. I also take responsibility for the lack of inventiveness, misdirection, or any element of surprise in our playcalling, and specifically the fact that our route trees seemed to be known in advance by the competition did not help Sam when he had no options but to throw in to double coverage. In summary, this is on me, we are going to do better, and we are pissed off about what happened. I would like to thank the defense for getting it together in the 2nd half and giving us not one, not two, but three chances in the last 7 minutes to win the game. We miss the punter. Questions?5 points

It's fucking called "biased" when it literally quotes the president word-for-word and cites factual data. Fuck you, you have zero credibility on that point. None. I don't think illegal immigration is "ok." But you pathetic simpletons on team xenophobia have to label EVERY PERSON who disagrees with your draconian bullshit as "for OPEN BORDERS!" Nope. I've posted my position and proposals on this and prior boards 100 times. I believe we need a functioning system, which ensures that folks who come here are vetted and end up on the grid, etc. But I ALSO believe that fucking torturing children by separating them from their parents and even deporting the parents, leaving the kids fucking ORPHANED is fucking insanely cruel, and this will go down as one of the most shameful episodes in our history. You have chosen your side. History will judge you someday, but I ain't waiting to decide that you're a piece of shit. Bullshit. Your team is busy challenging the citizenship of fucking LEGAL, NATURAL-BORN AMERICANS. Men like my father. Born in a border town, at home, to a midwife. So he's suspect now. But he wasn't so suspect he couldn't serve his country in the Army. Oh, that was AFTER he went to your precious A&M, too. How bout them apples? But in the eyes of YOUR FUCKING TEAM NATIVIST, he just might not be 'murican enough, and we need to nab his passport, okay? Fuck you. You either fight against that bullshit, or you enable it. Your team is clear. It's team ball-less coward. Damn right I'm attacking you personally. You know why? BECAUSE YOU FUCKERS HAVE ATTACKED ME AND MY FAMILY PERSONALLY. So fuck you. I hope your family faces torture, suffering, and deprivation of their citizenship. Suffering is the only way asshole idiots like you will ever learn that what you support is fucking evil. You are either okay with what is happening, or you fight against it. What kind of man are you? We already know. You're no man at all.5 points

For you youngies.. Gary Hart was a dem presidential front runner that got busted with a side piece. CDC: You're talking about what. You're talking about... Bitching about that second half lead you lost, some sonofabitch who don't don’t like your grill, some broad you're trying to screw, so forth. Let's talk about something important. They all here? Fenves: All but one. CDC: I'm going anyway. Let's talk about something important. Put. That coffee. Down. Coffee's for coaches only. You think I'm fucking with you? I am not fucking with you. I'm here from downtown. I'm here from Red and Mack. And I'm here on a mission of mercy. Your name's Herman? You call yourself a coach, you son of a bitch? Oscar Giles: I don't gotta sit here and listen to this shit. CDC: You certainly don't, pal, 'cause the good news is - you're fired. The bad news is - you've got, all of you've got just one week to regain your jobs starting with tonight. Starting with tonight's game. Oh? Have I got your attention now? Good. 'Cause we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired. Get the picture? You laughing now? You got recruits. Red paid good money, get their names to sign them; you can't close the recruits you're given, you can't close shit. You ARE shit! Hit the bricks, pal, and beat it 'cause you are going OUT! Beck: The players are weak. CDC: The players are weak? Fucking players are weak. You're weak! I've been in this business 15 years... Mensa: What's your name? CDC: Fuck you! That's my name! You know why, mister? You drove a Hyundai to get here. I drove an eighty-thousand dollar BMW. THAT'S my name. And your name is you're wanting. You can't play in the man's game, you can't coach them - go home and tell your wife your troubles. Because only one thing counts in this life: Get them to sign on the line which is dotted. You hear me, you fucking faggots? A-B-C. A-Always, B-Be, C-Coaching. Always be coaching. ALWAYS BE COACHING. A-I-D-A. Attention, Interest, Decision, Action. Attention - Do I have your attention? Interest - Are you interested? I know you are, 'cause it's fuck or walk. You coach or you hit the bricks. Decision - Have you made your decision for Christ? And Action. A-I-D-A. Get out there - you got the prospects coming in. You think they came in to get out of the rain? A guy don't walk on the lot lest he wants to play. They're sitting out there waiting to give you their commitment . Are you gonna take it? Are you man enough to take it? What's the problem, pal? You - Mensa. Mensa: You're such a hero, you're so rich, how come you're coming down here wasting your time with such a bunch of bums? CDC: You see this suit? You see this suit? Mensa: Yeah. CDC: That suit costs more than your car. I fired 2 coaches last year. How many did you fire? You see, pal, that's who I am, and you're nothing. Nice guy? I don't give a shit. Good father? Fuck you! Go home and play with your kids. You wanna work here - coach! You think this is abuse? You think this is abuse, you cocksucker? You can't take this, how can you take the abuse you get in a game? You don't like it, leave. I can go out there tonight with the materials you've got and beat a middling B1G team. Tonight! In two hours! Can you? Can YOU? Go and do likewise. A-I-D-A. Get mad you son of a bitches, get mad. You want to know what it takes to win football games? It takes BRASS BALLS to win football games. Go and do likewise, gents. Money's out there. You pick it up, it's yours. You don't, I got no sympathy for you. You wanna go out in that game tonight and coach, COACH. It's yours. If not, you're gonna be shining my shoes. And you know what you'll be saying - a bunch of losers sittin' around in a bar. 'Oh yeah. I used to be a coach. It's a tough racket.' These are the new recruits. These are the 5 star recruits. And to you they're gold, and you don't get them. Why? Because to give them to you is just throwing them away. They're for coaches. I'd wish you good luck but you wouldn't know what to do with it if you got it. And to answer your question, pal, why am I here? I came here because Red and Mack asked me to. They asked me for a favor. I said the real favor, follow my advice and fire your fucking ass, because a loser is a loser.5 points

I would kinda hope he gets the Benito Mussolinii treatment. But it’s probably written in his will that he be stuffed, put in a gilded glass enclosure and mounted outside the Trump Tower entrance. NSIAP from Mollie Tibbett’s father https://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/opinion/columnists/2018/09/01/mollie-tibbetts-father-common-decency-immigration-heartless-despicable-donald-trump-jr-column/1163131002/?ncid=APPLENEWS00001 Ten days ago, we learned that Mollie would not be coming home. Shattered, my family set out to celebrate Mollie’s extraordinary life and chose to share our sorrow in private. At the outset, politicians and pundits used Mollie’s death to promote various political agendas. We appealed to them and they graciously stopped. For that, we are grateful. Sadly, others have ignored our request. They have instead chosen to callously distort and corrupt Mollie’s tragic death to advance a cause she vehemently opposed. I encourage the debate on immigration; there is great merit in its reasonable outcome. But do not appropriate Mollie’s soul in advancing views she believed were profoundly racist. The act grievously extends the crime that stole Mollie from our family and is, to quote Donald Trump Jr., “heartless" and "despicable.” Make no mistake, Mollie was my daughter and my best friend. At her eulogy, I said Mollie was nobody’s victim. Nor is she a pawn in others’ debate. She may not be able to speak for herself, but I can and will. Please leave us out of your debate. Allow us to grieve in privacy and with dignity. At long last, show some decency. On behalf of my family and Mollie’s memory, I’m imploring you to stop. Throughout this ordeal I’ve asked myself, “What would Mollie do?” As I write this, I am watching Sen. John McCain lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda and know that evil will succeed only if good people do nothing. Both Mollie and Senator McCain were good people. I know that both would stand up now and do something. The person who is accused of taking Mollie’s life is no more a reflection of the Hispanic community as white supremacists are of all white people. To suggest otherwise is a lie. Justice in my America is blind. This person will receive a fair trial, as it should be. If convicted, he will face the consequences society has set. Beyond that, he deserves no more attention. To the Hispanic community, my family stands with you and offers its heartfelt apology. That you’ve been beset by the circumstances of Mollie’s death is wrong. We treasure the contribution you bring to the American tapestry in all its color and melody. And yes, we love your food. My stepdaughter, whom Mollie loved so dearly, is Latina. Her sons — Mollie’s cherished nephews and my grandchildren — are Latino. That means I am Hispanic. I am African. I am Asian. I am European. My blood runs from every corner of the Earth because I am American. As an American, I have one tenet: to respect every citizen of the world and actively engage in the ongoing pursuit to form a more perfect union. Given that, to knowingly foment discord among races is a disgrace to our flag. It incites fear in innocent communities and lends legitimacy to the darkest, most hate-filled corners of the American soul. It is the opposite of leadership. It is the opposite of humanity. It is heartless. It is despicable. It is shameful. We have the opportunity now to take heed of the lessons that Mollie, John McCain and Aretha Franklin taught — humanity, fairness and courage. For most of the summer, the search for Mollie brought this nation together like no other pursuit. There was a common national will that did transcend opinion, race, gender and geography. Let’s not lose sight of that miracle. Let’s not lose sight of Mollie. Instead, let’s turn against racism in all its ugly manifestations both subtle and overt. Let’s turn toward each other with all the compassion we gave Mollie. Let’s listen, not shout. Let’s build bridges, not walls. Let’s celebrate our diversity rather than argue over our differences. I can tell you, when you’ve lost your best friend, differences are petty and meaningless. My family remains eternally grateful to all those who adopted Mollie so completely and showered us with so much care, compassion and generosity. Please accept our desire to remain private as we share our loss. We love Mollie with all our hearts and miss her terribly. We need time.4 points

Conservatism has proven to be a pretext for pure self-interest. By and large, conservatives push their principles not because they believe in them as a matter of principle, but because they are outcome-determinative in a way that benefits them. And the second it isn't, conservatives seek government intervention to help them. There are some people who really believe in conservative principles, but for most, it's more than just a happy accident that conservative policy helps them personally at the expense of most other Americans.4 points
