  1. This might be the dumbest recap of a game I've ever seen on here, which is really quite the fete on the Football Board. Sark didn't choose to go away from the run. He was forced to because our RBs, you know the guys you say should have the ball more, fumbled twice in the second half. Sark was dead even on run and pass in the first half, and he even kept it equal after Baxter fumbled in the third quarter and we started to get behind. By the end of the third quarter, Sark ran it 21 times and passed 21 times, despite being behind almost the entire third quarter. It wasn't until Blue fumbled in the 4th quarter and we were down 13 with 12 minutes to go that Sark was forced to throw a ton. He ended up throwing 23 times and only running 7 in the 4th quarter because we were down double digits and running out of time. If our RBs don't fumble twice in the second half, Sark is never forced to pass almost exclusively and we stay balanced the whole game and probably win, but none of that was Sark choosing to go away from the run.

  2. Why isn't Trump tweeting about the stock market anymore? Thanks Kamala! Funny:

  3. It is still about 3 months out to the election. Can I just say I hate this long election cycle. Can we be more like France and condense the whole fucking mess into 4 months or so?

  8. Hey idk about y’all but can we maybe stop recapping one of the most emotionally painful Texas games in my lifetime in a thread about getting stoked for the upcoming season of ass kicking?

  9. No wonder he wanted to refund PBS. The OGs at Sesame Street knew all along.

  11. Texas has gotten a lot stupider over the last 4 years. I'm not holding my breath.

  12. I love Nancy Pelosi. With all the talk of the ineffective Dems, she personally stepped up. Her story must be fascinating. Being gorgeous & fighting sexism in those days that Trump wants us to return to so that she could apply her brilliance and strength to serving the country must make for a fascinating read. I'm very late to truly appreciating her. If she indeed led the bold stroke to pressure Biden out of the race even though they are friends, then she is a dispassionate patriot with a keen perspective on priority. She's always known who Trump is. She's always read the threat he is. She sees the new paradigm. Trump is the kind of opponent she's likely longed for. He's the worst in American men particularly regarding women. She has fought great rear action battles when he was on the rise; now she can go over to the attack to break and finish him. Maybe her astonishing face belongs on Mount Rushmore. It's on mine. Interesting that she was often at odds with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez whom I also admire above all others in Congress. I think AOC will come to appreciate Pelosi over time. She's also brilliant.

  15. I posted this because I have absolutely been, in my professional career, the victim of both sexism/misogyny and the fucking glass ceiling. It doesn't help when for years, people have used phrases like, "Cry like a girl" or "Throw like a girl" or "Hit like a girl" to insult male children. Honestly, enough is enough. Men have been in power for 200+ years here in the US. We have a country that is more than 50% female, and yet the makeup of Congress doesn't reflect that. Time to let us be in charge.

  18. What the F are you blathering about? We lost to Washington because our DBs, specifically the safeties, were lost in coverage and took bad angles when trying to make tackles. Hence the exodus, and transfer portal replacement, of those players in the off season. Sark's offense was not the problem.
