Can you make that point one more time? In case the mental defectives among us need to read it 20 more times to get your point across.18 points

My 8 and 6 year old daughters were having the time of their lives. I parked in west campus and walked to the stadium. 1.) I pointed out all the buildings as we crossed campus that I went into and told them what was inside. 8 year old: Daddy this is like a tour! We didnβt know we were getting a tour too! 2.) Bevo Blvd and the midway food was great. Girls loved watching the band go into the stadium while eating a burger 3.) Girls were kind of confused on the first chant of Texas and fight while walking up to our seats in the ramps to the upper deck. So I instantly belt out βtex.. usssss!β And when every one yelled βfightβ their eyes lit up like I was a super hero. Of course when we got to the OU sucks part their eyes went wider as they are not allowed to say βsucksβ at the house. 4.) They loved the pregame flyover 5.) The actual game was the low point for them. 6.) Drone show killed 7.) I made them sing the eyes or at least hold up their horns during it. 8.) Iβm pretty sure throughout the game a whole bucket of popcorn was consumed by each. Plus a box of m&ms in each of their popcornsβ¦. Then the dip and dotsβ¦. And a pretzel. So when at 1:30 am I woke up to crying and two kids that independently puked the bed, I knew that I flew ever too closely to the sun on a completely badass day. There are no free lunches. And chocolate puke mixed with popcorn kernels is not fun to rinse and pretreat before throwing into the washer. I can do without that again.15 points

Sark is actually a terrible coach. He keeps getting bailed out by the players he recruited, that were developed by the coaching staff he hand-picked. He can't keep getting away with this!!15 points

I apologize for the video. I couldn't find a full game copy anywhere so had to rip a few plays. @Dahobbswas explaining a little bit of this to a fellow poster. ZSo thanks to him for getting the ball rolling. Let's get this out of the way right now. For those of you that didn't think Dabo was a good coach we just all fucked around and found out on Sat-ur-dee. Ole ball coach played us like a fiddle. They had a lovely opening script capped off with a double pick that we actually helped with but we will get to that in a minute. They got on the board first and then Sark and PK proceeded to drag their balls on Clemson's facemask by going on a 31-3 run. The offense did it's thing but PK's defense settled in and stymied the Clemson offense. However Dabo, as championship coaches do, found something. He sped up their offense when he got the right defensive personnel on the other side. Two things that did. We lost our pass rush because the guys caught in the game aren't the type that gets pressure. Second, when a defense is sped up they scrap the exotics and stick to simplistic defensive schemes like man v man or basic zone schemes. So by doing that they could slow our pass rush and manipulate our secondary. To do that your coaches have to be pretty savvy and have a QB with full command of the passing offense. So we shouldn't see that too often so we can all relax. If we do then PK is a dumb ass for falling for the same trick twice. So let's get into it shall we? I mean what the hell were the refs looking at here. First thing first I am wondering if this was a mistake by our secondary here to start. I know we are in man but instead of letting the routes tell us which man we are taking Barron and Guilbeau cross streams and allow the TE/Barron route to pick Guilbeau. The TE is literally blocking Barron well past the five yard mark for a pass that is being thrown past the line of scrimmage. Guilbeau is already out of position only to be physically blocked a second time, again for a pass thrown past the line. To miss an illegal pick once is bad but two times on the same play? Come on refs. 1.mp414 points

Publicly promoting a politician who advocates literally deporting his fellow classmates who were born in America isn't fantastical bullshit. That's literally what Quinn is actively choosing to do over and over. Is he doing it because he's a virulent racist who hates them? Is he doing it because he's a fucking moron who doesn't really think carefully or deeply about life and politics? I don't know and don't care.14 points

Jermichael Finley got like his 4th girl pregnant, so Mack decided to have Sally intervene. Sounds like GILF porn, but Brown was in the room as well. Sally started to encourage the use of condoms. Jermichael allegedly interrupted with βMs Brown, I know Iβm supposed to use condoms and I do. The problem is, they donβt fit and keep snapping. β Okay then.13 points

CJ Vogel Texas is still in the running for a National Championship this season, but that doesn't mean the work behind the scenes for 2025 is slowing down. Of course, the Longhorns are mighty thin on the defensive line for the upcoming season with just 86 snaps on the roster at the moment. The addition of Purdue DL Cole Brevard will help, but Texas is going to need a few more bodies out of the portal to get the 2025 roster to where it needs to be come SEC play. A look at some interesting options in the portal at the moment: *** Iowa State DL Tyler Onyedim 6'4" 295 pounds Redshirt Junior 1,194 career snaps The former Iowa State Cyclone is one that OTF believes Texas has interest in at the moment. Onyedim has been a contributor for Iowa State over the last three seasons with 21 starts in the past two seasons. Originally a native of Richmond, Texas, it would not be too surprising to see a return to the Lone Star State for a fifth season of college football for Onyedim. Utah DL Keanu Tanuvasa 6'4" 301 pounds Redshirt sophomore 973 career snaps Tanuvasa entered the portal Monday morning and immediately hit some of they criteria points of recent Texas DL additions. At Utah, Tanuvasa started 19 games over the last two seasons where 799 of his snaps came over the B-Gap or as a 3-tech. Interesting option there. Washington State DL David Gusta 6'3" 302 pounds Redshirt Junior 1,253 career snaps Gusta is a pass-rushing specialist form the interior. Pro Football Focus had him ranked as the 3rd highest rated pass rusher among all Power Four interior defensive linemen for the 2024 season. With 28 QB pressures and 11.3% win rate, it is easy to see why that rating is where it is. Really intriguing piece in the portal at the moment. Wisconsin DL James Thompson Jr. 6'5" 290 pounds Redshirt Senior 932 careers snaps Texas has yet to show interest in the former Wisconsin DL who played a bit more of the 5-tech look for the Badgers. Thompson has offers and visits set for Tennessee, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and several others at the moment. One hiccup here is the redshirt senior played in just one game in 2024 due to injury. North Carolina DL Travis Shaw 6'5" 330 pounds Junior 590 career snaps Shaw was a solid reserve piece for North Carolina over the last three seasons. He was not credited with a start over his three years in Chapel Hill, but he does have notable size for a guy with 83% of his snaps coming as a 3-tech.12 points

Who said anything about anyone being "evil"? Soft as baby shit. Spoiled, stupid, privileged white boys who can run their mouths but crumble at any amount of return fire. Actions and words have consequences. Grown men who aren't pussies understand that. He is a representative of the university. He is making conscious choices to endorse hate against students and alumni. Fuck him.12 points

ASU is possibly the worst team in the entire playoff. Texas will take them very seriously, but even Clemson had no shot. Texas looked on a completely different level speed wise on offense and the defense absolutely dominated the line of scrimmage.12 points

This post-game quote from a Clemson fan on tigernet.com reminds me of another program we all admire: "The officiating was horrid all night but itβs further proof that Clemson is irrelevant. All those talking about heart and playing their tails off and never giving up?? Thatβs what losers say to make them feel better."10 points

Finley and Lott are bigger priorities than Bishop at WR. There are bigger priorities OOS as well. Lott could be a CB, which would change some things. The IOL in Spring, Turntine and Kotoa are the must-gets as of now on OL. Theyβll take 5-6 if they can land 3 OTs. They could have a TB commit now if theyβd wanted it, but itβs not clear if theyβre going to take a small scat back in this cycle. Thereβs a DL out of Richardson, I think, who will be a big priority. Baryman out of Louisiana is probably a Texas, ATM, LSU dogfight. The LB mentioned in The Stampede is probably too small. Georgia assumes theyβll land Atkinson but Texas might really be interested in winning that one.9 points
