  1. Did you appreciate not having the government interfere with your decision making?

  2. Who the fuck are you arguing with? You'd be hard pressed to find someone here who still believes Joe shouldn't have pulled out of his re-election bid earlier, but he was clearly capable at thr start of his term. Regardless, Biden's capabilities has fuckall to do with Trump being a morally bankrupt dipshit, who will almost certainly be in worse mental condition than Biden before his term is up. He also hires people who are horribly incompetent, at best, and downright evil, at worst.

  3. Stop lying. The gender stuff is manufactured outrage. The border bill was killed by Trump. The new border policy is a grift game just like last time to enrich the tent providers, private prisons, and facilitators of flights (tickets are 100x the actual cost). He has harmed our alliances, catered to dictators, cut off funding for disease and disease containment (AGAIN), even harmed pediatric cancer research, but decided that $90 million was necessary for a party to celebrate himself. You believe lies, and shift priorities to whatever they tell you to believe. We are cutting back, so why do we need a 4 trillion increase in the debt ceiling? If mr businessman is so fucking amazing, why is health care not $8 every 6 months like he promised the first time? Why are food prices and inflation on the rise again? Why are aircraft suddenly experience an uptick in incidents? Why are we cutting food/drug oversight? Why is a heroin addict with poor judgement and no medical degree in charge of our health? We have problems in this country. Most of them stem from the right wingers idea of governance.

  4. ‘When is too young’ says the just asking questions guy. So your solution to this issue (which you’ve already admitted to knowing little about) is to take the decision away from the child, their parents, and their healthcare professionals and it give it to the Government (which you are adamant we cannot trust). Yeah, that’s tracks. You’re a real live and let live type.

  5. A very intelligent man getting old and losing his faculties is more respectable than being a painfully stupid, morally bankrupt liar, con man, and rapist for one's entire life. Jesus tapdancing Christ, we're gonna be in an economic depression and World War III soon, and the cult will be yelling, "At least that guy who stuttered isn't in charge anymore."

  6. Just to remind everyone: here is Zelensky presenting a battle flag to Congress in December 2022. I am so fucking ashamed of what our nation is doing to those brave people defending freedom and liberty. Now her brave defenders who look to see if their flag still waves despite the bombs bursting in air and the rockets red glare, those brave people see US as their enemy. https://www.nytimes.com/2025/02/19/world/europe/ukrainians-trump-voices.html?unlocked_article_code=1.yU4.DJAu.cK2bYuF-6c0T

  10. A few trans girls played girls sports somewhere in America and so @Texasborn91 thinks he was justified in voting for a man that denies the existence of all trans people. This is the level of critical thinking that the average Trump voter employs.

  11. Legal documentation? Are you fucking kidding me? Yes you do have a problem with me living my life as I chose. You have NO FUCKING CLUE how inconsequential a gender marker change on a drivers license or passport is to you and how ABSOLUTELY FUCKING CRITICAL it is for me to “live my life as I chose.” you don’t get to both sides this one asshole.

  12. No, it's really not. Biden started with a whole lot more functional brain than Trump ever had. So it's all relative. The point being, Trump has never been smart enough to understand the long-term ramifications of hardly anything. Someone is pulling his strings. The question being who and why. The answer should frighten you.

  13. The gender fiasco …. ? Mind your own god damn business before your viagra is taken away from you. My body my right, a family’s medical decisions should not be infringed on by anyone. Why the FUCK you think it’s anyone’s place but doctor and patient to make these decisions makes you a hypocritical asshole. The fact that you and people like you can sleep at night while others are terrorized because your kind can’t leave us alone makes you mentally ill.

  14. Great info source there, homeshank. All presidents have staffs that assist them. Ironic that you would talk about a 30 hour work week when your orange god has spent 29% of his second term on the golf course. https://trumpgolftrack.com/ Biden has a lifetime of public service, for better or worse, and a staff that generally aligned with his policies. Trump has a lifetime of self-service and a staff that at least superficially serves his interests. The question here is what other interests are they serving? There's some pretty solid evidence that those interests are their own, not Trump's and not the American people's. This, of course, assumes that you believe Trump's interests are aligned with those of the American people.

  16. Elon Musk is the greatest threat the Republic has faced since the Civil War. He is a clear and present existential threat to the continued operation of the United States as an actual democratic functioning Republic, as opposed to a nakedly wholly owned subsidiary of evil oligarchs. There is zero hyperbole in my statement above. For real.

  17. And there it is - Kamala is inarguably more qualified to be president than Trump and Vance, but people like @Texasborn91 were never going to vote for a black woman for president. When they say "pick someone better" what they really mean is pick any white guy.
    13 points
  18. "Pick someone better than Trump." Cool. I pick... pretty much anyone who doesn't openly say they want to be a dictator and end the rule of law and constitutional checks and balances, because with that shit in place, nothing else matters. You don't like the fucking color of the carpet, so you burn the whole house down, and blame the OTHER party for not offering the color carpet you wanted. Fucking complete idiocy.

  23. There is just zero patience for people that voted for Trump willfully blind that he was going to dismantle the republic which is what is happening in front of our eyes. Everything about him should be disqualifying even if you agree with his agenda unless you are down with being Hungary at best and Russia at worst. So you voted for him. For reasons that pale in comparison to the damage he and Project 2025 said they were going to do. That’s on you. You either regret it or you support it.

  24. Spoiler for 2028: You're gonna hate whoever the Democrats nominate, even if you have absolutely zero misgivings about that person currently. Don't forget that for about 3 months, the Republican messaging machine managed to turn the most milquetoast old white guy in America into the second coming of Satan once he became the VP nominee... and then, shockingly, all of the concerns about him went away once the election ended. To anyone who even slightly is susceptible to right wing viewpoints, there will NEVER be a candidate that is "good enough" from the Dems. The media machine will ensure it.

  25. Guys, just to be clear, you are engaging with a person that honestly believes there is a world wide conspiracy to hide the proof/existence of aliens.... While maintaining he doesn't trust politicians at all ("they are on the take") but having voted for and is actively supporting "the most on the take" person to ever hold elected office who is actively dismantling the government to get things he wants/his way, because that is "why we voted for him".... all the while not reconciling that this man he supports blindly is a politician and the government he supposedly so strongly distrust.... except he doesn't.

  26. You know, I’m glad to see some people coming around on this and honestly Mark Levin is someone I have a visceral negative reaction to. And I really think that if we’re gonna beat this it is going to take some odd bedfellows like how in Czechoslovakia the hippie freaks and playwrights and Catholic priests finally said “enough” to the Soviet-installed communist regime. There is true power in that. But to be welcome into the role, you gotta connect the final dots. If you are capable of saying “this is an unamerican and revolting foreign policy” then it needs to be followed with “and I can no longer support a fundamentally unamerican leader and neither should you, even if you agree with him on many other things.” Otherwise you’re just salving your conscience. Also, I’m kind of tired of hearing about the integrity of women’s sports from a crowd that hated title IX and attacked the WNBA just for existing.

  27. my guy you need to get off of facebook and fox news. This shit is not happening in the school nurses' office or to the scope and scale you imply. You are spouting goebbels-levels of propaganda that's disassociated with reality right now.

  28. Maybe. Maybe not. The question is....is THAT concern worth LITERALLY scrapping the Republic and the Rule of Law? Because that's the choice you made. There are LOTS of things in our society that I don't like, some that really piss me off and actually impact my life....but also don't come anywhere close to the level of "if I could eliminate those things, and all it cost me was irrevocably destroying the Rule of Law and the continuation of the Republic." Proportionality is a fucking thing. Jesus tapdancing Christ. It pisses me off when restaurants offer cobbler, then charge extra for ice cream (no, you fuckers, cobbler COMES WITH ICE CREAM, IT'S PART OF THE DESSERT). I'm not ready to trash the Constitution in exchange for a law requiring that they be served for one price. And that lack of proportionality is why Trump voters are pieces of shit. Upset about little shit that in the grand scheme of things doesn't fucking matter.....they trashed the ONE THING that actually DOES matter: the fucking Republic.

  29. It always starts out cordial and then the costume comes off. Every time, every trump voter. I like that they come out of the weeds to post in the thread every now and then, because it reminds me of the fact that to defeat this cancer we can never let our guard down and it will require far more effort than just voting.

  33. different? what the fuck does that mean. I just want to have healthcare that addresses my issues. what the fuck entitles you to health care different than mine? that's nonsensical. healthcare is healthcare. and it just so happens you can't treat trans people without health care. by the way, all the boogeyman bullshit about trans health care. my monthly cost for meds is like $100 or so, I don't mind paying, I don't mind paying insurance premiums, deductibles, etc. but for the LOVE OF CHRIST, Republicans want to take it away period, not make me pay, not take away insurance, they want to BAN ACCESS ALL TOGETHER. no ill will....

  35. So we find ourselves in a situation where the President has an army of morons who will do whatever he says. Then after they do whatever, he just pardons them. And he himself is now free to commit crimes, thanks to the Supreme Court. And he can't be impeached, because those who vote for impeachment will have the mob sicked on them, and rinse and repeat. This is great.
