  2. Which foreign war would you like us to end? The one in Afghanistan? Wait, someone already did that. Your boy is going to start a war, not end one. Cutting costs? They're gonna raise the debt ceiling after they're done laying off federal employees and replacing them with loyalists, you dipshit. Killing woke BS? You elected a full-blown fascist because you were pissed off that some swimmer who was born with a dick beat some other swimmer who was born without a dick. What state did that even happen in? That's right, you don't know. But you know you won't stand for it, because Tucker and Jesse and White Baby Jesus told you not to. Just stop having thoughts at all. You're a fucking idiot. You and the rest of your monumentally stupid ilk have killed this country while jerking off to Lee Greenwood records and your F-16 posters. Dumb redneck motherfuckers.

  3. Honestly the rest of the world needs to retaliate and then not lower theirs when Trump caves. It would absolutely suck for us but we're the country with a dipshit leader who needs to be taught a lesson. And just one major EU leader needs to have the guts to float the idea of the USD no longer being the reserve currency.

  4. First of all, "the Horns and the sports world" have been left laughing at A&M many more times than "twice" during the Trev Alberts era. Many. They have had a remarkable collapse since Alberts arrived, across football, baseball, and basketball. It has been glorious and we've all enjoyed it immensely over here in our little palace of degenerates. Secondly, A&M paid $4.12 million less than a year ago to buy out Alberts' contract from Nebraska. I'm not sure if this has been fully paid off, or not. As for showing Trev the door, Alberts's contract is fully guaranteed if he is fired without cause, and he is to be paid $2.2 million annually through March 2029. So firing him would cost A&M approximately $9 million at this point. However, if they do fire Trev, A&M would be the unquestioned champions of paying buyouts. So put it on the wall, I guess.

  5. derka, you posted an image of a well-known trash twitter provocateur who routinely posts both overt and subtle racist content and is also a major figure in the maga world of horseshit that i know you know is putrid. that particular account was attempting to leverage the undeniable tragedy and awful story to mischaracterize the media response in order to promote the notion that the media is reverse-racist because it doesn't care when there is black-on-white crime, only white-on-black crime...implying that there was not media coverage of the incident which was demonstrably false. that twitter account could not care less about the poor victim and is only utilizing it to stoke outrage amongst the type of garbage human beings that would read their posts. it was odd and out of character for you to use that as a source to tell a story when there were numerous other options to convey the facts of the tragedy without the absurd twitter commentary of "zero national outrage." i suspect that is the source of people's negs.

  8. Oh, boy. Where to start? 1 - The aggy tears are delicious. And oh, so nutritious. 2 - You DON'T have all the money in the world. Like the ex-wife that took you to the cleaners, Jimbo owns half your shit. 3 - All your resources have some hefty mortgage payments. 4 - You keep hiring complete dorks/incompetents as ADs. What the fuck do you expect? Top-line coaches don't want to work for those guys. 5 - Schloss did not jump at the first opportunity. He jumped for the job he really wanted. Sorry to break it to you, but deep down you know it's true. 6 - You are not a blue blood. You live your life comparing yourself to us (a legit blue blood) with the belief that you are an equal. You are not. Once you accept that, life gets easier. 7 - You are a fucking CULT!

  9. This one is sooooo good. I’m convinced this cat is grifting the christians. jesusdoll. Yeah. A doll. Of jesus. That talks. It would be great if the guy, you know, that imposes tariffs could explain how tariffs work as well as the jesusdoll guy. jesusdoll you ask? I couldn’t resist. Oh the trials and tribulations god has bestowed upon him… god hath gifted you with another trial: a beastly tangerine one. One that you can add to your tribulations list. “When a malignant narcissist imposed a godless tax upon our righteous talking plushie, we opened a gofundme”

I mean, literally all a casino has to do is be open 24 hours a day and be near human beings. And this fatass chunk of shit couldn't keep that going. And y'all voted for him. For the stock market. For the economy. You stupid god damned fools.

  12. maybe you'll be surprised...I just spent a week with Trumpy family and associates. they were surprisingly silent on basically anything in the news. i also drove Austin-Conroe-Austin, Austin-Palestine-Tyler-Palestine-Austin...i counted a total of four properties still flying Trump paraphernalia. my dad, who normally has FN streaming constantly in the background... only turned the TV on to watch a COPS marathon one night bc he smoked some of my weed and couldn't sleep 🤣 this was funny, though... he got rid of his cattle last year (too much work at his age). sitting on the porch enjoying the view, his ag exemption comes up, sister asks if he still has it, his response was something along the lines of 'well im not saying anything, they haven't either, we'll see if they figure out out, haha!' to which i replied "a-ha! there's that 'waste fraud, and abuse' the Texas DOGE is after, haha!" i cannot adequately convey his response lol...i mean he's my dad so i know the nuances of his personality. he made some noise like 'hnuhph' and got this look but said nothing. sister actually snorted and had to go in the house. also...he admitted his 401K is 'not doing great' and he's pretty pissed about it. he's lucky he has a RR pension and not SS. he does use Medicare as well as the VA, so we'll see what happens there. i mean honestly it's not super fun to have to clown on your dad, but i mean...he put himself (and all of us) in this position. he's of perfectly sound mind. i have always said just bc you're old, that doesn't absolve you of anything. eat up, buttercup.

  13. This unvarnished take/news alert just popped up on my screen: Some gem quotes from the article: "Profound, harmful, and unnecessary." "Deluded." "Flat-out nonsense." "Pathetic." "Catalogue of foolishness." THAT is how you journalism. But also look at the last paragraph, which is more matter-of-fact. It offers the rather obvious strategy for every other player in the game: start playing the game by treating the US as a relatively minor player (which, on a global scale, it is). Within 5 years, the rest of the world can undo the damage done to THEM, and be well on their way to a prosperity that really doesn't depend on the US at all. What Lord Dumbass doesn't realize is that another way for the other parties to deal with the new "trade balance" where Trump wants a big F you to all of them, we will buy ZERO from you....is for them to buy ZERO from us. We are not going to see increases of US exports to "make things even" with the (former) level of imports from other countries. Instead, as his policies result in lowering imports from other countries, we will reach a new balance (a low one) because we will also see drastically lower EXPORTS to those countries. Bottom line, to the extent that elements of our economy are driven by selling things to other countries....be prepared for that to dry the fuck up. Like a kid on the playground who screams and hollers and smears shit everywhere if he doesn't get his way, the best and most obvious path forward for the other kids is to just go play without us. Sure, we sneer and say "but we have the best toys, and now you can't play with them." The other kids shrug, gather up the toys they do have, and leave us the fuck behind. Because we're a little fucking spoiled asshole, and literally everyone else on the playground will be better off to leave us to stew in our own shit rather than have to deal with us any longer.

  14. i gotta say guys, you are all focused on all the horrific outcomes of imposing completely arbitrary and capricious trade war disruptions into a humming global economy for no apparent reason whatsoever and predicated on a nonsensical approach not rooted in any thoughtful or measured intention to speak of. but you are focused on the wrong thing. as a professional economist, you have no idea the event study data this is going to create for us. i'm going to be able to publish to most badass dsge model paper that revises all of the widely-accepted consensus from the last 150 years of economic data that overwhelmingly shows how horrible this all is. by demonstrating that while imposing tariffs to achieve some sort of policy goal targeted towards a particular trade outcome between specific actors is super bad and literally never worked in history, being a complete fucking idiot and just throwing a completely erratic and haphazard grenade onto the planet will undoubtedly get the optimum equilibrium outcome benefiting everyone on earth. see you fuckers in sweden while i'm picking up my nobel prize. a halt to the global economy and widespread suffering is a sacrifice that i'm willing for you all to make.

  15. "Zero national outrage" The story is all over the socials and are these not national news outlets? Police say a 17-year-old was fatally stabbed by another student at a Texas track meet | CNN Texas student killed in stabbing at track meet NBC News Police say a 17-year-old was fatally stabbed by another student at a Texas track meet MSN Teen dead after stabbing at Texas track meet, another teen charged USA Today Track athlete, 16, fatally stabbed at championship meet | Fox News Teen charged with murder in fatal stabbing of student at track meet: Police - ABC News Grief, outrage in community after Frisco track meet stabbing leaves student-athlete dead - CBS Texas High School Student Fatally Stabbed by Another During Track Meet, Police Say People Fucking Magazine It was all over the news. I half expected my non-Texas relatives to start asking me if I was safe because we stayed with friends in Frisco a few years ago. Unfortunately for this story, there was something about some tariffs that seems to be sucking up the oxygen in the room. Need to look into that, maybe start a thread, because it seems like it's important.
