  1. Segura was positioned to turn two. Or not.
  2. Up and down game for segura. I don’t remember a sequence like that before.
  3. If you should decide to take an extended railfan picture trip, come up here and I can show you around some of the Santa Fe route through the Flint Hills. You could sell a lot of those to the SF employees around here. There are some beautiful cuts through the hills between Emporia and El Dorado and quite a few abandoned buildings and depots. One of my wife's HS classmates is a retired SF engineer in Strong City. I don't know if that gives him access to anything special but he likes to talk about it.
  4. It wasn’t as polished as a Gilmour show and the soundboard could have been better but I enjoyed the hell out of it. Getting to hear the older stuff with even a hint of authentic PF involved is good enough for me.
  5. They just did “Set The Controls” and knocked it out of the park. This is so fucking good.
  6. Glad to hear it. Really looking forward to tonight.
  7. HPU says “enough of this. Let’s go home”
  8. And of course my boy Bohm makes the first out.
  9. I’ve never rooted for Harper before. This feels odd.
  10. Sure glad Atlanta extended this guy.
  11. That was Hosmer level dumb but he’s safe so I won’t say it out loud.
  12. If she is/was a Mennonite, I'm her cousin.
  13. I'll buy a copy of the BNSF in the wind farm if you will sell. also any E9 or F9 Santa Fe's that you encounter need to be photographed. That's an easy sale.
  14. Do you know the difference between Pink and Purple?
  15. The F9 KC Southern locomotive shot is great. My Dad was a railway mail clerk back in the 50's and 60's and that was the primary loco of the time. My brother and I got to know most of the engineers and conductors that were on Santa Fe's Texas Chief from Newton, KS to Ft Worth. We got to spend time in the cab and pretty much ran wild at the Newton depot. Pretty heady stuff for a couple of elementary aged kids. I always appreciate the train pics, Swayze
  16. I appreciate him more than I did when he was with us. CSB, one of his uncles was the HS music teacher in our small town. He was telling all of us how great his nephew was and how he was going to be a bigshot. Yeah, yeah, sure thing Bob. A couple years later, boom, there it is.
  17. I'm headed to Austin in the morning to see the show Tuesday. Thanks for posting that @Cajun
  18. It's a really SSS but I'm excited to see what Nick Eaton can do for KC. They played him at 3B several times and he didn't look comfortable there. It looks like he can play any of the OF spots but RF would make the most sense. He appears to be a natural there. Course, it's KC so sense hasn't factored in lately. I'm looking forward to the new regime and what they do with kids like Eaton.
