  1. They are not immigration officers but they should still arrest people who have entered the United States illegally. Illegal immigrants have committed an offense punishable by up to 6 months in prison for the first offense and up to 2 years for every subsequent offense. The police's job should be to take the offender into custody and allow a judge to determine what the penalty shall be.
  2. California. That is one too many. I saw an article that said they have issued one million drivers licenses to illegals.
  3. Have the full cooperation of law enforcement instead of people tipping illegals off that they are coming for them. Not supplying illegals with drivers licenses. That would be a good start.
  4. One of the first things that needs to happen is getting rid of sanctuary cities.
  5. Just to clarify, you don't think there is no issues with people being in the US illegally?
  6. How many are approved for amnesty though? From what I have seen, it's less than 20%. So 80% are not eligible,
  7. Are you this slow on the uptake? Huckleberry asked: He is implying that I am denying or ever denied this. I have not at all. I have always maintained that it was okay to abort the baby who is the product of rape. It's okay not to as well.
  8. How many times do I have to say that I think it is acceptable for a woman to have an abortion if she was raped? I have said that over and over in this thread. You may hate it, but I do not think that it is wrong.
  9. You're right. I calculated the number that were present.
  10. Absurd to you. Perfectly logical to a lot of the people I ask.
  11. Just because YOU don't think there are exceptions, doesn't mean there aren't for others. Do you think I am the only person who has this view?
  12. I think a lot of people who are pro-life (not all though) would change their view if their wife or daughter was impregnated as the result of incest or rape. To me, those are the exceptions along with the mother's life at risk and some medical condition that would lead to the child living an awful life or suffering.
  13. https://www.justice.gov/eoir/page/file/fysb16/download#page=49 It's probably worse now with Trump in office.
  14. How are you drawing this conclusion from what was said?
  15. It was 39% in 2016. That's not "most" but its still a huge number of people (52000+ in 2016).
  16. I think he means the H-2B. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H-2B_visa
  17. Because those positions are filled with illegals by companies that do not have harsh penalties imposed on them. If those companies were forced to only hire legal workers, the amount of people in the guest worker program would grow.
  18. Asking someone to go to a port of entry and then presenting their case to a judge is racist? Never knew that.
  19. I'm sure he means she goes once a week.
  20. How about anyone who is not a criminal, goes through the process, and is approved by an immigration judge? Any objections?
  21. The goal would be to fill those jobs with legal workers (guest worker program) and penalize employers for hiring illegals. Less jobs, lower demand, less incentives to come here illegally or hire illegals.
  22. I did not read one good argument in either of those.
  23. Do they give any reason why? Is it because they think it should be up to the individual states to issue ids?
  24. You always say this but I have yet to see anyone on here say this is a bad idea. I like it.
  25. Yes. I was responding to ChiTownDoc's post. If anyone thought we wanted to deter war, it was because they were in denial, not because the mission statement said it.
