  1. I'm suggesting it isn't any slab / foundation / framing movement issues. Do you have any kids?
  2. Today is Tuesday... you posted the alert on Sunday. The system is broken, man. Broken. *thanks
  3. We are doing a re-roof soon & Farmers IS paying $ 6,000+ for the PV panel D&R (Detach & Replace). One end of the house & not a large array. Removal is specialty work & unless you know what you're doing to disconnect from the electricity components, that's a dangerous thing. Nobody on my crew would do anything other than to clean a panel while it is on the roof. . Pic attached is the best Google Mapolator has & I don't have house photos on my phone any longer. I'm trying to find a reason why they will not pay for panel D&R If they are not damaged & can only assume because insurance wanted advance notice so they could attach a rider to accomodate costs for possible D&R or even full R&R (the recent Dripping Springs hail we had out here completely destroyed 8 panels on a house we ate working with & that's being covered completely by their insurance as a total loss inclusive to the shingles).
  4. I won't me tonight a name, however a Shagg²erase wife keeps their checkbook in the pantry. As to credit unions & "app financials", mine limits me to Sendo g a max $ 500 / week across all platforms. Sent $ 100 on Monday via any of them? I now have $ 400 available to send, regardless of PayPal, Z, Ca$hApp, V, etc. Resets on Sunday.
  5. My 19 year old daughter *unloading the dishwasher has entered the chat. *no pics, pervs.
  6. I can have roof or carpentry crews onsite within 2 days provided I get contacted ASAP. Send an email to RestorationEmail@yahoo.com If you have damage to your home or business, you have a responsibility to prevent additional water intrusion & most who are not confident pr comfortable being on a roof should not attempt this kind of work. All my crews for this storm will be local to SE Texas. Please send an email or PM through Shag² (email preferred). Please include your full contact info & the property address. Check Google Maps & let me know if it is accurate to your property in question. Send house pics where possible if you can show the damage. We can do *some* tree removal if it impedes roof access. All of this work applies against your deductible. I can also bring some supplies like 5 gallon jugs of water if I am traveling from the Austin area to see your project. 🤘
  7. I have 2 appointments lined up for the area & crews will be going out ahead of me to do temporary water remediation (one from Cleveland & I forget the other zip).
  8. Mrs. ROFL (& women everywhere): "Hmmm... let's get this pantry organized. All of these product boxes (rice. Flour, pancake mix, etc.) PLUS "exotic" types of flour [self rising, all purpose, Keto friendly, whatevs]... such a disorganized mess eating up space. I'm going to get specialty containers & straighten this out." [...3 hours later voiceover...]
  9. FYI, Zelle preferred over Venmo. • Directly into recipient's account via Z. V requires recipient to go into the app, fumble around 2 or 3 steps & *THEN* transfer over / cash out. • Venmo takes a tiny fee to get the $$ instantly or makes you wait "2 or 3 days" to receive funds whereas Z is Ø fee (& I have had $ 10,000 transferred to me via Z).
  10. My usual question when someone has an exercise bike or treadmill (for sale / for giveaway) is always "How many clothes hangers can it hold on the handles?"
  11. FYI to all, we do insurance work in Houston.
  12. I was wondering what y'all did... you weren't answering my calls.
  13. 'Cause we sure do need another pizza operation here in Drip. I went by with my son on opening day to get a free slice (after first doing the LonelyStar Roundup car show @ Fitzhugh & RR 12). All mid, generically meh.
  14. I didn't take a close look @ this when posted; that's a vinyl homeowner special. Insurance won't pay more than prob. $ 3.⁰⁰ foot on that, R&R. I have 2 Johnson City inspections coming up, 1 for the metal roof, another for a double wide. A friend said the office lady @ West Henly Materials (gravel, Decomposed Granite, etc.) has a hail stone in her office freezer that's supposedly larger than a football. *I have not seen pics, hail or office lady.
  15. Correct. The League is in the same ownership group as Rudy's & Mighty Fine; Italian on deck. I do not recall the name.
  16. Hi.Waving.RememberMe.jpg Pic of Johnson City shingle inspection. They are germtting a new roof, sure... however their damage is absolutely much less than what your pics show.
  17. Yeah, baseball hits in the yard = roof damage. I didn't even bother climbing on my own roof... Saw the hail (pics uploaded prior) & called it in. No need to go up. Next pic is from a house a short distance W of the Hays / Blanco line & N of 290. The difficulty here is getting the entire roof bought vs. "We're gonna only replace 8 or 9 panels. It's an exposed fastener system, so you don't need *EVERYTHING* R&R'd."
  18. I had lunch there yesterday (it is maybe a 13 minute drive from me). Gave my card, they said they won't know what's up until it rains. ¿today?
  19. Tried to edit in post production & get that Post Oak pic out of there... unsuccessful.
  20. This LAST pic is from Henly (started the file upload incorrectly) All other 📸 are @ my place, SE of Henly by ~12 minutes.
