Camden sure did. And that proves my point. They redirected the fuck out of you, and while you were celebrating victory, they expanded the "disbanded" force by 100 officers, and put the whole thing in control of the more conservative county government.

So they hired the same assholes, but paid them less and cut their benefits. That's a win for both civil rights and for paying workers a living wage, right?
