  1. Funny. One man’s trash, I guess…
  2. My thoughts exactly as I was reading his statement. What info does he have on whatever executive that keeps him with us?!? It has to be devastating to continue on like this. 😵‍💫
  3. I was feeling creative. Hook’em, Mack.
  4. Wife and I were in belly/chest (both feet flat on the sand) deep water on the Texas coast and got caught off guard by the current. Both of us were 50 yards off shore and being pulled out further within 15 secs or so. Remembered the Jiminy Cricket swim safety video from elementary school in the 80's. Yelled for the wife, who was drifting out further, to swim parallel to the beach with me and we both got out of it within 30 secs, but it took all we had to get out. Swam back to the beach and once we both were on the sand we basically collapsed walking back to the tent and towels. Harry shit, and nobody had a clue we were in trouble. “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could... fucking die trying to pee in the ocean.” – Ferris Bueller
  5. I respect the Tree. Texas, is one win away. If Tree dies, they die.
  6. …until it mattered. 🐍
  7. Literally looks like a goose step.
  8. I remember the last time we had a nice long rain delay in Florida. We kicked the shit out of FSU (who got screwed by the committee) and went on the beat an Ole Miss team that was just as good and equally screwed by the committee. I believe Texas went on to win the whole thing, so…🤘🏼
  9. E.T.B.F.
  10. The mental gymnastics always astounds me when reading these. The leaps and bounds they make from one point to the next, as if by saying it out loud makes it true, and to continually perpetuate the same bullshit inside an echo chamber waiting for their counterparts to agree with their opinion is incredible. Bravo, sirs. You’re doing the Lord’s work. 🤘🏼
  11. Fucking Oettinger thinks he’s back in Cedar Park. Kraken are checking their asses off and they are fast. Wake Up Stars! ✨
  12. Just found this. Congrats and good luck, man!
  13. *for what it's worth and I've said this in the past... IF you have surround sound on your tv system, unplug the center speaker that has all of the booth commentary/tv commercial sound running through it. This allows me to watch the game(s) with little to no bullshit play by play or color analyst. It's like being at the game in person, but being able to silence the idiots in your vicinity so you only see/hear the game itself. It's dope.

    TL:DR version... OU sucks.
  15. Or, as he most likely puts it... "The Business Model" Billy is Goebbels, and just like his audience did, the aggy faithful (despite the years and years of evidence to the contrary) drink up the Kool-Aid and believe what he feeds them with little to no pushback, lest you be seen as a "2%'er". Assuming he keeps the lights on and they don't turn on him, he's going to live like a king in CS and die a wealthy man, all thanks to morons that insist upon someone taking their money from them.
  16. Texas won 50-20. The best part, was my diehard aggy friend was still on RC's side until they showed the locker room speech he gave to his players before they went out on the field to play Texas. Verbatim..., "Men, I want you to go out there and savor this game like it's the last bowl of Blue Bell Ice Cream." The look on the player's faces and my buddy's as they heard that was priceless.
  17. CSB: When I lived in College Station, some aggy friends and I would always make the Wings-N-More RC Slocum call in show at the restaurant. The show prior to the Texas game in his final season will always be a favorite memory for me. Usually, people showed up early and requested to sit in the room with the show to hear coach pontificate about the previous game and how they would do in the next. They had beaten #1 OU at home 2 weeks earlier, only to lose to unranked Mizzou the following week, also at home. The writing was on the wall, but they still had to play Texas in Austin. We showed up at our normal 30 mins before the show and it was packed with people. We got the 2nd to last table in the room, and it was relatively normal and just like every other time we'd gone. You could hear Dave South mumbling something to himself about getting the radio equipment ready and to start as soon as RC walked into the room. Then, RC walks in as if the mute button was pressed on the room. Quiet. Every person in that room had a red face and was staring daggers into RC as he deliberately made his way to the table with Dave. No handshakes or high-fives today. The restaurant has food out for RC and Dave to enjoy while this interview goes on, but neither touched their plates or drinks. Dave gives the introduction as if someone has just informed him that his favorite dog has died, most likely at the hands of RC, then asks a handful of the softest questions imaginable. RC begins to speak and the ambient temperature rises about 2 degrees with the end of every sentence. The show lasted about half the normal length of time, Dave sounded as depressed as when Zeigler caught the ball, and I was the only person smiling in the room. I'll never forget the feeling that room had and I respected the hell out of RC after getting through it. That room was pissed off and wanted to see RC fired on the spot and he knew it. As deafening as the silence was when RC arrived, the room was equally as deafening when he left. I haven't heard the word "fired" that much since The Apprentice marathon on CNBC. 🤘
  18. MJ over Alcohol... all day long. Alcohol is delicious but depression fuel that kills your joints and drive.
  19. I lived there for 10 years and it pisses me off to no end that I didn't once think to put googly eyes on any of the statues on campus. Total miss on my part. My bad.
  20. Ok. 3,4,1,2,5
  21. @Juicy called it.
  22. Sorry, @Sbbruin good game.
  23. “Well, I think anytime you're a receiver, and you're playing with a broken hand, that's a pretty important aspect of your game,” Sarkisian said. “And that guy never wanted to sit out or not play. He came to work. He fought through it. There were days in practice where we purposely didn't throw him balls just to take some of the pressure off of it. But I think we're going to see a version of Xavier Worthy, that's going to be dramatically different now that he's healthy.” I guess "dramatically different" means he's going to catch the ball. Cool. That's what we need in our WR group...catching.
