Well at least the throw to CJ for the TD was close. The seam route to... Heard, I think was over thrown by 10 yards.
Maryland added a 5* at DE that pushed the pocket. They consistently rushed 4+ and our O-line gave him manageable time to throw.... And he sucks at it. If the QB run isn't an integral part of our scheme, Sam can't spin the ball well enough to warrant him ANY playing time. I give 4 fucks about his "vocal leadership".
Sam's not a passer. Power run game consistently and toss in couple of four vertices, fine. But he's not a passer. The 2 touchdown tosses were more about the receiver making a great play that the pass.
Looks like GJ had committed to destroy the guy with the ball as soon as he broke the LOS. Probably try and break that fucker in half.
Problem is with the rules he has to be more aware that the QB will probably slide and he's risking ejection. He'll learn from it. We're going to need him against USC.
This and I think Maryland's D-line is vastly improved from last year. After that shit show from Sam, Shane deserves half the snaps. Let Sam start and play the first quarter. Put Shane in for Q2
Yes you can. You just don't run a wr screen to his side when his responsibility is to block. Beat his ass some more in practice to teach him but that play is dead. Lol or play to his strength. Have him wiff a block and throw to him over the top.
Vuzix and a few other companies are close to consumer launch. Any early adopters here? Give me a heads up display and bone conduction sounds at $500 and I'm in.
