  1. contract get renewed with midterms coming up hugo?
  2. not you though. And it is absolutely fucking ridiculous that anyone is arguing inflation hurts rich people more. Yeah, it might take a bitter nominal bite out of their money but that's because....they have money. Po folks have to make decisions on what groceries to buy less of or to downsize their shelter, or to stretch out how long they wear certain clothes, etc etc. Rich people just get a little annoyed about the cost of their sushi or decide to only go out to eat twice a month or take one less vacation a year. Cry me a river.
  3. Nobody did that
  4. This is a just take the L moment on this one Jim
  5. She's attempting to be the buyer of last resort on a lot of names. Look at the top 10 holdings in ARKK. They are all ridiculously valued Tesla- Teladoc Roku (puke) Zoom (discussed) Coinbase Exact Sciences Unity Software Intellia Therapeutics UIPath Block
  6. I don't know what I expected, honestly. The deaths are the one I'm more curious about.

  9. I had not heard 'Fauci ouchie' yet and I just want to say thanks.
  10. perfectly reasonable stance and the way forward. It's also a different stance than some of our most fervent posters on this site (both sides!!) have regarding vax status.
  11. the scene where she gently injected morphine into Rue's arm was the most depressing scene I've watched in a very very long time. Almost made me tear up. If you've ever had someone close to you go through drug addiction this is a tough watch.
  12. Lot of antivaxxers in Hollywood?
  13. No need to apologize. That article says 2 different things. Quote from the buyer indicates Neil will have a say "The exact terms of the deal with Hipgnosis were not laid out, but Mercuriadis states that iconic songs like “Heart of Gold” will not be used to sell fast food. “I built Hipgnosis to be a company Neil would want to be a part of,” he said. “We have a common integrity, ethos and passion born out of a belief in music and these important songs. There will never be a ‘Burger of Gold’ but we will work together to make sure everyone gets to hear them on Neil’s terms.” then at the end of the article it says: Young is the latest in a long list of veteran artists that have recently sold at least part of their publishing rights to music investment firms So who knows who made the call. They might have needed to renegotiate the deal given it clearly reduced the revenue royalty stream Hipgnosis paid for.
  14. Sounds like you're mad at government restrictions rather than antivaxxers.
  15. ok. So who does own the rights to his music? And when I say own, I mean control. Who legally told spotify to remove Neil Young's music?
  16. Depends on your definition of work. Certain masks (95s) are effective at limiting the spread. Every cloth or surgical mask you see being worn at this point in time is pointless. mRNA Vaccines turn covid into a cold. They are not stopping the spread of the disease. Certain other vaccines are ineffective against the Omicron variant.
  17. Didn't he request they be removed? Also, back to the original trigger event, does Neil Young actually control the rights to his music anymore? Meaning can he legally force spotify to remove his music? Saw a barstool tweet (relax) that indicated he does not. There were some other conspiracy items in the article that are a little aggressive but that one point seems to be a pretty important nugget of information.
  18. I love the image of professor beau vine pulling up to the teacher's parking lot in a red vette so much. It is written. Beau Vine is Rocko, Rocko is Beau Vine. Post a pay stub and do some bench presses BV
  19. No, he doesn't. The Federal Reserve printing money, the pandemic (caused by _________ dealer's choice for that blank spot kids), and energy are the inflation drivers. Biden is just there. But he and the Dems will get the blame because they're currently in charge.
  20. It is totally reasonable. But when he follows it up with this tweet: ithe only response I have for it is
