    I just complained about the ticket scanning fiasco and the massive cluster at some gates. He wants to know what goes wrong so it can be addressed. He was aware of some of what I shared and not aware of other things, but I’m sure he or someone on his behalf had read this board to see what fans were saying.     Major kudos to our esteemed Athletic Director. He personally called me and others in response to our complaints about issues at the game/Fair Saturday. He will be having discussions with Cotton Bowl Stadium representatives about the issues we experienced in hopes of resolution or at least improvement where possible.
