  1. Mack was 100% to blame for that.
  2. Good on Tarp for speaking out about Elko’s bullshit. It’s exactly like Mack and Nick Vionis, except Elko definitely hasn’t earned the right to be that way.
  3. Right. Signing Day isn’t in the first 5 days of January.
  4. Many of those players had been recruited by the time we won the championship.
  5. Speaking of that goofy bastard Branding Iron 13-0, he went off and died to avoid having to talk Texas A&M football anymore. Even he couldn't keep up all that retarded shit talking as the insanity of the Jimbo Fisher era buried their program. And I doubt Brandi has a scoreboard next to his grave to keep up with the games.
  6. Lucky for those kids, he's already handled the "winning too much isn't good for them" part. He's just looking out for their best interests. Mack used to be a great recruiter. He isn't anymore because he is a lazy sonofabitch. He has no motivation to change. He's rich. He has more money than he'll ever spend. That VY national championship ruined him. He has been coasting, and an utter dickhead, ever since.
  7. I am in no way saying Diaz doesn't bear responsibility. But Akina's mutiny or the disconnect between the two was not Diaz's fault. That falls squarely on lazy Mack. And it had a good bit to do with the defense falling apart. Mack is a meddler. He only allows coaches to do what he wants them to do. If the buck stops with the HC, that is fine, but Mack was great at acting like he had nothing to do with anything when it failed. The horrible post-Mack years were a direct result of the horrible late Mack years.
  8. While Diaz was coaching here, I had several conversations with him. He was a genuinely nice person, and easy enough to talk to. He told me that Mack would not let his assistants recruit the players they wanted to unless he watched film and agreed with offering them. The problem was that the assistants would give Mack the film of players they wanted to recruit and he would never get around to watching it. It pissed the assistants off, and it killed our recruiting. Mack was star chasing, without actually having knowledge of the players he was signing. He was fucking lazy. Then he scapegoated Diaz for his complete failure to do his job. Fuck Mack.
  9. Yeah, but 100,000 aggies inside Kyle died after that collapse, when Tucker’s kick cleared the uprights.
  10. He doesn’t remember any of that game, just waking up in the hospital afterward.
  11. I guess Joel Klatt has never actually met an Aggie.
  12. I have literally never posted in the Cloak Room. For a reason. FUCK YOU!
  13. Stop this bullshit. Take it to another board, fuckhead.
  14. It’s the exact same bullshit as not letting the reporters provide any information. It’s paranoia and poor sportsmanship.
  15. Not JUST a law school. It’s a law school and boot repair shop. They have to make sure there’s enough demand to keep the doors open. Whole lotta boot goofing going on over there.
  16. The only thing as certain as death and taxes is that aggy fans will crown the backup QB and badmouth the starter to the point of his transfer. Pro-tip: aggy fans are blithering idiots who completely lack the ability to objectively analyze anything related to their school. Ignore every word they say. They'll steer you wrong every single time.
  17. If Elko's skin is as thin as Mack's, that fatass's insides are going to cause a blowout any day now.
  18. And people pat them on the back for being loud, but like our fans, they aren't loud when they play Lamar or Prairie View or Ball State. Not that we would ever play Lamar, Prairie View, or Ball State. They're not loud, so they literally pipe in crowd noise. That place is a shithole full of shitheads.
  19. It was obvious when Elko lied about Weigman being questionable. He was never going to start.
  20. Tarp is furious with Elko because Elko is denying the aggy writers the ability to give readers any information at all. He's killing their business. And yes, he has to be older than 55. He's been at it a long time.
  21. I recall us beating them in 1990 and they claimed the TV showing their huddle tipped us off, causing them to lose. Never mind that we were kneeling the ball to run out the clock inside their 10 yard line at the end of the game. Liars and losers. Excuses are their oldest turdition.
  22. I never thought about it before, but I do see the resemblance.
  23. They just thought he was a tomboy.
  24. No.
  25. As you know, this is how they do everything. They insist upon themselves and spout their bullshit to anyone who will listen, then the parrots repeat it until it is the narrative. It is what they did when they got a commitment from Haynes King, what they do when they crow about their awesome fans (who everyone else despises) and gameday atmosphere (fucking weird), when they crow about their facilities, their bizarre traditions, celebrate their "bigger'n da sips" stadium, why they pay mouthpieces like they did with The Atlantic and do with Josh Pate, why they celebrate "Best School" lists, how they puff up their signing classes, and even how they crafted the narrative that "t.u. destroys conferences," when they're actually the root of that problem. They're juvenile, they lie, and their oldest tradition is cheating.
