  1. I rarely turn over 70 rpm and I averaged almost 22 mph for the 70.3 and Averaged over 20 for the full. I am half and half staying in the drops on my tri bike.
  2. A lot of military voted for Trump because he is an alpha so enjoy the sandy beaches is all I can say.
  3. Look into spin class at Y.
  4. 4 Dur Chess
  5. That’s the second time you’ve posted something and I can’t tell what it is.
  6. Fuck em. I hope they do.
  7. Let’s see how big the Texas economy is when it’s only white people working.
  8. Time to print up some “ I did that “ stickers with Trump on them.
  9. But but He Is RuNnInG iT lIkE a BizZnEsS. I got told that shit non stop his first term and I would always say you mean the one he filed bankruptcy on? That never got a response. lol yeah Susan, I am sure he will listen to you you dumb bitch.
  10. It’s like running. You have to go longer to go faster. Ride a few 60 miles to get a good base. You will be faster on race day from adrenaline. Main thing is also doing some bricks. I will do a lot of 60 mile rides and 10 mile runs before Nooga 70.3
  11. For your first I would say 3:10 overall which would be just under 18 mph average but it also depends on the course.
  12. Sir, I can assure you my dog doesn't fly.
  13. Exactly. My first time in the pool I couldn’t even go a length and it mentally fucked me and the guy I train with was laughing at first but through hard work I am a swimmer now. Triathlons are about improving yourself and I can tell you I respect the hell out of anyone who signs up and puts it out there to see what they are made of. I love hanging out at the end of the race and cheering people on during the cut off. Those are the people that are really challenging themselves and it chokes me up sometimes.
  14. I hate to say it but I treat this like I treat the war against Russia. I want as much pain as possible.
  15. It’s all breathing. I would recommend breathing on the same side every stroke on that side at first. This will sound weird but if you could get someone to film you I can help you. I can guarantee you that you are using your legs too much. Kick from your hips and not your calves.
  16. It’s a perfect practice day and looking at times I could win the whole thing.
  17. We are doing the Half because we are men.
  18. https://www.trisignup.com/Race/TN/Spencer/TriFallCreekFallsTriathlon I am going to do this race this summer as a training day. You should look into it. I will get your hotel room if you come up.
  19. I did swim last year in 35:49 but I had a little help with current. I am not a great swimmer but I train with 2 who have turned me into a little above average. They have been able to critique a few things and they’ve made a big difference. One of them told me “ you dont’ have a swimming problem but you do have a breathing problem” and that did wonders for my confidence. Even if you train in swimming only to get a little faster as it is more about being fresh for the rest of the day. I’ve seen several people shoot their wad on the swim and were spent for the day. Speaking of fitness, I just dropped another $200 on shoes today so if you are keeping score at home that is $749 in less than a week.
  20. I swear the hardest training day is the rest day. I am miserable.
  21. Maybe he will be good. I mean he did totally promise to just stop drinking.
  22. Officially signed up for Nooga 70.3 since it was 90% full. Goodbye $548 !
