Trump is not a victim of this. He's had a long documented history of settlements and convictions going back as far as the 70s. He's a recidivist convicted con-artist who has openly bragged he donates to politicians for favors. He's asked "if you're innocent, why plead the 5th?" and then repeatedly pleads the 5th in his own trials. He takes out newspaper ads calling for the execution of indisputably innocent Americans which he refuses to rescind or apologize for when questioned. Had the same standard been applied to Trump as Clinton, he would would have been impeached for being "dishonest" in his written testimony as per Mueller's testimony before Congress, yet is held to a lower standard while perpetually crying victimhood.
