  1. I think he has hope he'll farm a bunch of aggy engagement on Twitter...
  2. Thank you for your service, enjoy all that money we gave you, now leave.
  3. Compared to some other bowl names this is completely reasonable. /nosarcasm I would guess they'll change it in the end to some corporate sponsor but a good PR stunt in the meantime and it certainly has worked.
  4. If we're really on the comeback trail here, it's Framber who will put the biggest exclamation on it. Let's fucking go. Also, my oh Myers:
  5. These dudes are having a ball. Very odd couple reboot feel to it. They're pretty funny.
  6. Equally laughable that Lebron could go play tight end. These sports have a Jack-Easterby-before-and-after level of difference.
  7. Let's be very clear about something: Parsons is 6-3" 250, runs a sub-4.4 and has a 35" vertical. Very few humans have existed who are on his level physically. If he stepped onto an NBA court against a team of 6-7"+ skilled defenders, he would get smothered without mercy. He would get a few buckets I think, but wouldn't get close to 20 once, much less on average. Stroud's side here is on point.
  8. In social media, there are very few winners. Most Twitter arguments I see are between two parties who are "losing" regardless of subject matter. Deion is losing big. Should quit while behind.
  9. In my opinion, nothing to dislike about this draft. The good teams are always picking random guys that the 'experts' disagree with, and then later people are like "how did the Patriots get Guy X' or whatever so unconcerned about noise in the blogosphere. I will say this - anyone criticizing the Lassiter pick needs to go check out his film & resume. This guy is a killer, and basically everything beside his 40 time is premium. Modern NFL is a game in need of good nickelback play, and you also need that guy to be able to provide run support.
  10. Bummer, liked them both.
  11. Like what the Texans did, slight improvement over our previous super-corporates but we're not going to wow anyone. Detroits blue helmet is the best new uni piece I've seen. Broncos I like as well, but agree they should just go throwback.
  12. Funny to me that people long for a franchise that defined disappointment and 'choke' with some sense of longing. Loved Earl & Moon, and the uniforms were great, but they choked hard and left town, and continue to define choking & disappointment in their new town. Our franchise value is higher than theirs (just to highlight folly of leaving for a smaller market bc the owner had poor business sense), we've won the division more than them, there are few metrics in which we are not the better team. Let it go. On to the draft.
  13. Yeah, me too. I like them. Good work Texans. Interested to see how they look live but this could've gone much worse 😂 Wish they would've added a white helmet instead but otherwise, all good.
