  1. X gonna give it to ya!!... but in self defense
  2. He was a below average run blocker and led league in penalties. Second in league in pass pro. Commanders must re-sign him to a top-10 deal after next year and hope he plays like it at 31 and older. I'm pretty surprised we didn't get more in the '25 draft, because we must now use new draft capital to trade up and/or draft a OT and a OG with two of first four picks and they both must hit and play in year 1. If not, we will be burning Stroud rookie clock. For that reason, I think we should've gotten more. Risky trade by both sides, which is generally riskier for the team giving up capital for a player who must keep being that player. I hope Caserio and Ryans (and I guess new OC) have a plan to sign FAs and like what they see in the draft. Caserio & Ryan's have done well to this point so I'll give them the benefit.
  3. It was a four club errr I mean score wind.
  4. 10 is the floor gents! LFG
  5. Found some sort of hot streak here, let's keep it humming. 🤘
  6. Bc NU football hasn't hired Kiffin yet
  7. Dominant win. We missed opportunities to crack the game open offensively during each game, but giving up 6 runs over a weekend will always work. Lets hope Dartmouth is good. Hook 'em 🤘
  8. Mock I saw: R1 Cam Williams OT Texas R2 Donovan Jackson IOL Ohio State R3 Cam Skattebo RB Arizona State R4 Darius Alexander DT Toledo R5 Malachi Moore S Alabama R7 Andrew Armstrong WR Arkansas I would rather sign IOL help in free agency, since we need help Day 1. No need to take a RB in this draft IMO, free agency probably also the way to go there. So I think take a WR with pick 2, a TE with pick 3 or 4 annd DT with 3 or 4, and still go S/IOL with other two, not necessarily in that order.
  9. Sitting on a cold ass bench ain't gonna cut it at Texas. Get this man a seat-heater!
  10. After Colorado's payments, and Card's potential payments based on our original talks, Stros could get him for like $50M over 3 years. I'd take that.
  11. Shitty weather makes for tough baseball. Props to Dartmouth's starter, he was solid. Good job by Texas to piece it together and hold the line. Let's sweep em.
  12. I have drafted Arenado in fantasy baseball many times, so, I'm dumb. Literally hate that guy. On Stros, i've tried to reserve judgment to this point because you never know how off-season moves Will end up forming the outlook for the spring. But I have to say that I do like what I see at the moment. This round of excellence has been built on pitching carrying the way, and I think we can keep doing that. whether or not the lineup comes together behind them is going to be interesting to watch as the season develops. I do expect us to win the division.
  13. Schloss is a great coach, our team is gonna be a lot better at the end of this year than it is at the beginning. However, a little disappointing not to see a much better performance behind the plate and on the mound. Even if we had one or the other last night it would've been encouraging. Can't have Kimble get 50% of hits, need pitchers to navigate trouble better against the likes of Dartmouth etc. I think whether or not we dominate when you look at the big picture of the course of the whole weekend and whether or not their Sat/Sun starters can hang with ours in a three game series will tell a lot. Today is a new day. LFG 🤘
  14. They're going to get what they want, but they shouldn't, and I would prefer if they didn't. But they will.
  15. We've had teams that struggled in opening series go on to be good, so not going to get too excited yet about (very encouraging) results. I am excited however about the talent I saw on the field. Whether we end up in Omaha or not, who knows, but I do think we're talented enough to make a run at it. And that is exciting.
  16. My buddy once got fired from Chuck E. Cheese's and Boston Market within a two week period, both essentially drug related. He's an attorney now. And he's not nearly as talented as Cook is. So please forgive me if I reserve pity. #RespectMyDecision
  17. Overpay by Boston, glad we didn't. When he's hot they'll love him. And when he's streaky cold, they're gonna boo the shit out of him and turn on him. AL East will never forgive his 'cheating'. Hope it works out for him. Thanks for everything Breggy, it was a hell of a run. On to the next chapter for everyone.
  18. Good get, he's well thought of and was highly sought after. McVay's system absolutely does not neglect the OL. He was the TE coach in New England for many years, then two years with Rams. Turned down a $3M OC offer from New England before this, so NE loved him.
  19. At the beginning of this season no one said we'd be shit, but all agreed Wemby/Luka would be leading their teams to the playoffs. You just never know. I think Rox fans probably have most appreciation for Luka other than Mavs fans - to have watched Harden do all he did and get no love and then to watch Luka was like deja vu. If we had given away prime Harden for so little... I'd have been seeing red. I feel terrible for Mavs fans, that sucks all the joy out of it. Love AD and maybe they improve in short term with what he brings, but short term & long term outlook both bad on this deal. But you never know!
  20. Props to Turk Diggler. Earned that shit
  21. The media is going to be sucking our dicks so much next year their dentists will know it
