  1. It doesn't matter what round the Rockets play the Warriors. Or am I not seeing something obvious? They won't have home court either way.
  2. This and I'm not a fan of the Rockets just giving up 2 points the play before. Should have at least played some defense.
  3. Orbit also Joe Biden'd my date last year. I'm going to kick Orbit while he is down. I'm sure he will settle.
  4. Looks like Orbit is about to go to court for breaking someone's finger with his t-shirt cannon.
  5. You have to watch out for those prices. They can be high on Amazon Prime.
  6. I'm guessing it's less than 99.99%. People are idiots. I have had someone grab my Uber/Lyft ride 3 times out of my last 10 rides. One was a neighbor 2 houses next to me. Drivers can also do better insuring the correct rider gets in the car.
  7. HEB around 8:30pm on Tuesday when all of the single people hit it up and less crowded - produce and meat. Whole Foods 6:30 on Thursday (won't buy much because of the prices) if I want a beer at the bar and creep on the ladies who just finished yoga.
  8. Jesus. It's not even two games in the season yet. Take it easy.
  9. UA981 flight is half full of Astros fans. Looks like there will be a lot of orange at Tropicana. Edit: Are you flying United? I don't see you 3putt.
  10. Bought tickets for Thursday. Section 123. For those that have decided to go. I'll be in the St. Pete area around noon. Going straight to Bodega on Central for a cuban sandwich followed by Green Bench Brewing Company for a beer or three.
  11. Did any of you buy tickets to the Tampa Bay opening game yet?
  12. I have only seen this version
  13. Lotti Dotti will be moving into the old Brooklyn Athletic Club. Greenspoint should be happy because they will have the chef from Presidio. Ronnie Killen is opening a new restaurant where Hickory Hollow used to be.
  14. So you are the one that torched Presidio
  15. I guess I remember those games differently. I remember them as Harden dribble the ball for 18 seconds and then shoot. Not just those games pointed out, but the entire series. CP3 is smart enough to pull Harden aside and tell him to get his head in the game. Harden is one of my favorite players, but I would rather have CP3 with the ball in his hands when the game is on the line.
  16. I'm not talking about the Warriors series last year. Do you not remember seasons 2015 -20017 when all Harden did in the playoffs was dribble and turn the ball over? He can't lead the team.
  17. Harden won't break down because he is tired. The guy can score, but he isn't someone who can lead the team to victory in the playoffs. CP3 is that guy.
  18. I was told AJ was a horrible manager along with Losenow
  19. I want an IPA, but not a German one. I'm sick of German IPAs. I want something citrus and malty. It was the stereotypical dumb blonde girl.
  20. The smell of the tires when shopping for new tires, and the smell of cedar in the hardware store.
  21. Looks like a good foam party though By the way, an independent contractor CTEH also stated benzene levels were not a public health concern.
  22. There were also lies about benzene levels after Harvey. Ed Emmett was in charge then. Does the county judge have access to numbers the EPA doesn't? The EPA said they flew planes and everything was within safe levels. The Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), a nongovernmental organization deployed 10 air-quality monitors to check for chemicals around Houston. By the way, the city requested the EDF monitors. Schools were closed. People with respiratory issues, children, and the elderly were told to take precaution since day one. Not much else anyone can do other than sit and wait for lawsuits. Regarding chemicals spilling into the ship channel. Is that Linda Hidalgo's job, or is it the responsibility of the City of Deer Park, ITC, the EPA, and emergency crews to have procedures and guidelines on how to handle situations like this. I don't know... I had no issues with Ed Emmett and thought he did a good job, but I doubt things would have been handled much differently unless he knows more about chemical fires than the experts. As Jshep stated, lots of lessons learned here.
