I don't think there is a Tokyo or Japan thread. I will be In Tokyo for 9 days late November. What should I see and do besides checking out that sushi and ramen place.
Things on my list:
Shibuya
Akihabara
The area around Tsukiji fish market and Yurakucho for some good street food
Asakusa
Harajuku and Meiji-jingu
eat kobe beef
Harajuku
day trip to Nikko
I'm thinking about a weekend outside of Tokyo City - maybe Kyoto
It took a perfect throw. You gamble down by three. He's safe over 50% on those plays. Like I said earlier. Everything is going the Sox way this series.
Shipleys!
I have had a good time in Boston every visit, and Fenway has always been one of my favorite stadiums. Old Yankee Stadium...that place was a dump.
I once heard most pitchers use pine tar when it's cold outside.
All I have to say is fuck Boston for their shitty accents, shitty weather, and shitty Dunkin Donuts.
Well shit, I have screwed around waiting too long on flights. United has no nonstop flights available with points Friday, and only one nonstop flight that arrives in Boston 9:30pm Saturday. United is the only airline out of IAH that flies nonstop to Boston.
Thanks for the offer TexasFight, but I would be heading back home Sunday morning. I hadn't checked seatgeek yet - thanks for pointing that out. Lower Left Field SRO and Lower Third Base SRO are $198 with fees.
I just took a trip to Guadalajara over Labor Day. Ill' try to remember where all we went. That routes makes the most sense logistically, but that is going to be a hell of a bus ride.
