  1. Set up a private go fund me post so we can watch the needle rise live.
  2. I’ve never heard of this technique haha. Good to know. I’m going to try this with my wife.
  3. Wait so they told you the price and you just sat there quietly for a minute lol?!
  4. It’s the new rage. All the hipsters are doing it.
  5. Smoked beef cheek tacos with fresh white corn tortillas, avocado, cilantro, .onion, lime and salsa.
  6. Beef cheeks came out amazing.
  7. Is it ironic that I can give him the benefit of the doubt because of a bad OL but for Tim Beck I won't. Maybe I'm trying to validate my pre-conceived notions that Drayton came in as a super bad ass and Tim Beck came in already a known loser.
  8. Smoking some beef cheeks for the first time today. Will post results if it came out great otherwise I forgot to post pics because it was so delicious.
  9. I'm assuming that's an expensive lady bag in that picture. He must have some serious confidence issues that he needs to constantly flaunt expensive things in picture backgrounds.
  10. I guess he wasn't wrong in saying he was playing pretty good quarterback "right there" considering he had just thrown a sweet touchdown pass.
  11. Most importantly this sucks for him. Secondarily it sucks for our team.
  12. No if it's all true then it's fair. Some would say that a coach should always only reveal the positives of a player to get their guys to go as high as they can but then they risk losing the respect of scouts for future picks and others would say that the coach should tell the god honest truth and that would only help get scout's respect so that in the future scouts would trust his evaluations even more so. I'm assuming that because multiple players have seemingly reached out in support of Kraken that they all feel like this might have happened to them for leaving early which is a big coincidence.
  13. No one will ever know if they were fair or not unless a scout themselves reveals that information. We're all going to assume what we wish to be true.
  14. My assumption is that he bad mouthed the players to scouts given Slater's comment. Key word = assumption which is what we're all doing here.
  15. Classic username checks out, so clever!
  16. Agreed on all counts in your statement. But a lot of people here are acting like it's out of the realm of possibilities that Herman would ever have done such a thing. Put yourself in his shoes though. The guy who was supposed to have your back attempted to backstab you and might have cost you some money on something you've worked for your whole life. Then you have to sit there and watch the whole world treat him like a god that can do no wrong when you know that he's really a selfish bastard who would go so far as to try to sabatoge you to scouts just because he felt slighted by you leaving early. He wants the whole world to know who Tom really is. Calling Tom and just talking it out with him won't reveal that to the whole world. I'm not saying he was right in what he did I'm just trying to explain his possible thought process.
  17. Exactly. Take off your burnt orange shades and use some fucking context clues. Hell even Malik tweeted something back to Deshon that wasn't exactly a refutement.
  18. To be fair, the steakhouses are probably not using a sous vide technique. I'm assuming they all use a broiler. Maybe cooking it very slowly via sous vide allows even cooking even with the bone. I'm skeptical as well since I would assume you'd have to apply temperature with a gradient in order to cook the bone side at a higher temp in order to achieve an even cook but I can't say that sous vide wouldn't do the trick since i've never tried it.
  19. Ended up having to finish it off in the oven at 350 for an hour since I pulled it off the smoker at 180 at 11 pm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Remind me never to start a 20 lb brisket at 1 pm on a Sunday when I have to work the next day.
  21. I do 3-2-1 at 225-250 with Stubbs BBQ rub. I add brown sugar, honey and butter during the wrap. Then I glaze with sweet baby rays bbq sauce when I unwrap. Let them cool a bit before cutting so they don’t fall apart during slicing. I’ve had many people say they are the best ribs they’ve ever had. They are on the sweet side which is what I prefer.
