  1. I thought about it. But I'd rather just spend the night watching the highlights from our playoff run.
  2. I think it's 75% he's focusing on the defensive end and 25% the calf injury. He knows he's got a deeper bench this year who can take slack off him on the offensive end and he's heard the calls of him needing to lead by example on the defensive end. But I can't get over his shot selection and his inability? unwillingness? to get to the hole. Granted we've played SA (Wemby), Utah (how many tall white lane cloggers do they have?), and Minn (Gobert) so his paint shot % will probably go up as we get deeper into the season.
  3. Luka's in good shape, you can tell from his physique he put the work in. I think that calf injury's still lingering more than he or Kidd are letting on. His shot selection is not normal- lotta settling for fadeaway jump shots instead of of taking it to the hole. I don't think he can push off that leg. But it could also be that everyone's putting more of an emphasis on the defensive end this year and he's conserving energy or tired. He's been so good on that side of the floor.

The most important "not being Josh Wolff" characteristic would be his record. Miss.

  6. Can you explain the technique? I've not heard of this.

We love Palermo, esp their alfredo. This the same La Traviata that was on Congress?
  8. Wanted to keep track of ref crews over-asserting themselves last season post-ASB when there was a noticeable difference in how physicality was being called. Gonna see if I can keep this up. They called 28 fouls on us to PHX's 17. We shot 18 FTs, PHX had 37. There was a PHX challenge on a blocked shot that overturned a foul call late in the 4th based on the defender getting ball before the lower part of his body made contact with the shooter. J.T. Orr, Tyler Ford, Suyash Mehta
  9. Atlanta? They're much better than this depleted shell of the niners.
  10. Feel like we've said some version of that 4 times the past 6 weeks
  11. We moved the ball and scored two touchdowns after the 49ers went into prevent. Two drives later they actually played defense and we went four and out for zero yards.
  12. Consider who he has around him this season. He's shown his ability to play well when he has a decent line.
  13. He also said it was the defender's fault for stepping in front of the wide receiver.
  14. Dak seems like a good person. Humble, hard-working, doesn't promote himself, a good teammate - a good representative of the most visible position for America's team. He's a good quarterback, but he's not great. It's not because he doesn't work hard enough, he just doesn't have the talent. I'm glad he got his bag, but not at the expense of the betterment of my team. Jerry's done so poorly.
  15. lol... no edit: no, as in we could not afford to release dak.
  16. Naji is a huge downgrade from DJjr in almost every way but especially noticeable tonight was his terrible perimeter defense. He also over two games has shown a low basketball IQ so put that together with PJs low IQ and we're finding ourselves on a lot of trouble. Bad fouls, ill advised shots, leaving the wrong guy open, missing assignments on transition defense, it was bad from those two tonight. The foul discrepancy was frustrating too.
