  1. Maybe someday you’ll be a grown ass man, and will be able to tip people appropriately, etc. Until then, pull out your card every time you need to buy something for 75 cents
  2. "how many half-full cans of WD-40 do you have in your garage"?
  3. How many episodes of "Hee Haw" have you seen? I got a 59, and I'm a fucking coastal liberal. Who drives a pick-up truck. Who's dad drove a truck. Who's changed many truck tires.
  4. Angels just named Kurt Suzuki as manager
  5. well, I'm a clueless mofo
  6. so I guess I've been out of it. Didn't the all-star winning league used to get home field for the WS? When did that stop being the case? And as far as the games go, if Shohei is hot, the Jays have no chance. If he reverts back to hitting a buck twenty-five, they could win.

  8. Fucking Jackie Chiles over here
  9. you actually filled seats when he was there, but those do-overs have never worked. See Rick Neuheisel. Mack Brown. Brady Hoke.
  10. This T-shirt fan says thank you for that.
  11. y'all are all whistling past the graveyard. UT won't "bend at the knee". UT will bend at the waist and spread it's cheeks for Donald J. Trump, because that's exactly what your governor wishes he could do personally.
  12. the "William J. LePetomaine Memorial Gambling Casino for the Insane". It will be a giant step forward in the treatment of the insane gambler.
  13. what you should have received is the original promissory note, with your wet signature, stamped "paid in full", with a signature of a corporate officer of whoever holds the note. Also, a "full reconveyance" should have been recorded at the county recorder ( or courthouse for some places) and you should have received a recorded copy. Somebody above said that you should have received something from the title company. I disagree. The title company is only involved with the closing, or with post-closing claims. They aren't watching your loan for it's life. Check with the county. If there's no reconveyance recorded, start making phone calls. Worst case, you need a lawyer to write a letter, or ask @Wulaw Horn to do an abstract for you.
