  1. This. I don't understand why people think Castro got one over on Beto. Castro was a dick. And he is wrong on his assessment and on Beto. Castro didn't own the immigration issue. He "but 1325'd" it! Castro wants open borders. Fuck that. All Castro wants to do is repeal 1325 and that will make everything easy. It's not that simple and it's the wrong policy. Beto wants full immigration reform, and if you do that, you don't need to repeal 1325. Castro is a fuckng amateur who played dirty pool against a friend last night in the debate and again in interviews. Didn't do his homework? Fuck you dude.
  2. Beto, Warren, Klobuchar, Booker, and Castro all did well for themselves tonight.
  3. Beto with the best closing by far.
  4. booker has a perpetual deer in the headlights look. i think he has the worst presence on the stage save the crazy Ryan guy.
  5. Great answer by Beto on climate change!
  6. warren again DRINK!
  7. holy shit how many times are they going to go to Warren?
  8. slinging hash at McDonald's?
  9. agreed. im confused now.
  10. They let De Blasio on the stage?
  11. Is this a Russian debate? Why is Tulsi here?
  12. Warren is getting her stride now. Castro is sharp.
  13. eh, the spanish was a little gimmicky but the answer was spot on.
  14. Warren needs to take a deep breath and relax a little. She is out of breath.
  15. i think Beto looked and sounded the most comfortable thus far. Warren was really nervous. Klobuchar was even moreso.
  16. Whoa. You leave Fear Factor out of it and no one will get hurt.
  17. Yeah I don't know. I don't keep up with who is or isn't holding their hand out. I just know I was asking one of the coaches, who is one of our best recruiters and who refuses to make excuses about anything, about what happened with Leal and he said "Jimbo bought him a good one." I followed up with "are you serious?" He said Leal was all Texas until Aggy bought him.
  18. Some may not run "air raid" spread offenses but all of them run the spread offense as opposed to a traditional pro offense.
  19. The staff believes 100% that we lost Leal because he was bought.
  20. Thanks for the heads up. It's my first time posting here.
  21. I think it's decent but not great. Kids today aren't any different than previous generations. It's all the same and always will be the same for teens. The details change but the rest is a constant. As someone with five teens, this series doesnt bother me a bit. If you can't tell if your kid is like the ones in the series, then you failed as a parent.
  22. I was on the same flight as Bijon yesterday. Dude was all smiles wearing burnt orange proudly. If that kid isn't going to Texas, then I don't know much about football. Iow, he is going to Ohio State.
  23. Or you keep Foster at NB to the field and have Ossai on the boundary side and let the offense guess which one is blitzing. Either way, good luck making it around the edge.
  24. i dont think we disagree on much on these points. i think its more in packaging and how you can successfully achieve it. meaning in order to reduce military budgets, you are going to have to package it in terms of reducing overall cost while retaining or increasing efficiency and effectiveness. i dont think it would be wise to actually cut our army by 80% but i understand your point. the only war i would have voted for in the last 20 years is Afghanistan for the sole purpose of striking back at Al Qaeda. I don't think we should have stayed as long as we did and I dont think we should have stepped foot in Iraq. But I do think the threats from Russia and China are real so its important to maintain our alliances around the world.
