  1. I dont know what it is - I am a Christian who has ALLLL the social medias, love sports and movies - I worship a few of the actresses, but don't believe in conspiracy theories from anywhere.... so I just think its the stupid that is trying to sink us. they have always been there. we just need to shame them back into their parents' basements.
  2. Im sure there are some out there that feel that way. its great to know they will end up voting for Joe as Trump and RFK plan to bomb the ever living shit out of Gaza. Again, its fine to protest and be unhappy with the ways things are but eventually you have to consider the alternatives and they are much worse for their #1 issue.
  3. disagree. I chat with my kids and their friends regularly. its a really diverse group. I don't think Gaza makes the top 5 for most of these kids. its an issue but when they run through the options and trump is over there promising to bomb Gaza on behalf of Israel, it gets really clear, really quick. just because they are concerned or protesting doesn't mean they won't vote for Joe.
  4. I don't think there is a race component. There are lots of great white women's players that aren't the same draw. I was pulled in by CC not because of her color but because of all the records she broke and her extraordinary skill and outrageous shots she makes. She is the Steph Curry of the WNBA. She is fun to watch. Top 15 in scoring and top 5 in assists in her first few games on the worst team combined with an unparalleled college career and y'all don't think she belongs? She would make the Olympic team better.
  5. I don't know when or why but they will turn on him one day and act like they never supported him. It will almost be as crazy as watching them suddenly be friends with Russia or against international trade...
  6. what if the supreme court waits to rule on immunity until after the election to see who wins. if biden wins, no presidential immunity and trump the two time loser goes to jail. if trump wins, we are all fucked and he can do whatever he wants.
  7. Golden Gate Park is not to be missed. The museums are great, the park is beautiful, and the food around it is amazing. If you like Puerto Rican food, you have to go to Parada 22 in Haight Ashbury!
  8. I don't know what y'all are talking about - she has looked pretty incredible to me. she is averaging 17+ points and almost a triple double in her first few games in the WNBA. It's clear she belongs and is one of the best players in the league from day one. Y'all are crazy.
  9. If you go to Napa, make sure you go to Inglenook (Coppola's) and Peju. Sausalito is an awesome place to chill and relax by the water with views of the golden gate and skyline. Angler, Water bar, and Perbacco are three of my favorite places to eat in town.
  10. Muir woods is amazing! I go to SF every two to three weeks to visit clients. I stay in downtown, I run every morning down to the embarcadero, I walk all over the city for lunch and dinner meetings, it's an amazing city. I hope you have a great trip!!!
  11. because he is a vastly superior president? I agree! I really don't get it why republicans / conservatives cant just be honest with themselves and others. Biden is a good president. YAY for America! I mean seriously, he is kicking ass in so many ways, its really not fair to those who try to criticize him and keep a straight face. I used to be a republican and I remember feeling the same way about Clinton. I was like fuck that guy... oh shit, this is pretty damn good. fuck me - ok fine, he is kicking ass. and then ooops. I was so thrilled when my boy W got in there and then it was like AH HAIL NAH this is made up shit and its just fuckin playtime while we cut taxes for the richest Americans and drive the economy into the ditch so his supporters could get theirs while they still could... and then it all came crashing down. Biden is an incredible president. Conservatives can deny it all they want but we all know that deep down in places they don't want to go or admit exist, they know. yeah, they know. (and we know that y'all know)...
  12. look... part of the point of a protest is to make everyone uncomfortable. if setting up tents is a violation of the rule and it was intentional, then yes, the protesters are pushing the boundaries and trying to make people uncomfortable. they are pushing for a response. its kind of the point of the protest. it draws attention in general and then specifically to their cause. i think its predictable and reasonable. its also reasonable for the police to break it up and enforce the rules. its predictable and reasonable. but at no time should either side become violent. its just not worth it to either side. the police should persist in a peaceful and patient manner for as long as it takes to enforce the rules until the protesters comply, including arrests. but they shouldn't be in riot gear. they shouldn't use pepper spray. they shouldn't forcibly remove anyone. they should keep doing everything they can in a peaceful way to enforce the rules. use your words. use reason and logic. and use patience. also, be smart. eventually they will comply and follow the rules. all of this applies to the protesters too. no violence. just peaceful protests. pushing the boundaries and knowing that you might get arrested. its part of the process. escalating and threatening on both sides is the worst thing you could do. I do the same thing with my kids. I don't beat them or hit them or force them to do something. I am more determined and patient than they are. I diffuse the situation and wait for them to comply with my request. I never give in and I never get violent. I am pleasantly persistent. but I also listen to them and make them feel valued. what is the point? what message are you trying to communicate? how can we assist you with accomplishing your goal of having your message heard? sure it takes longer than cracking skulls but it usually ends in lessons learned on boths sides.
  13. look at who you are responding to. he is a lost cause. move on.
  14. I hope this is real. Fuckin A! If so, I plan to be there tomorrow.
  15. that's not what he was saying at all. Come on, Trey. Be better.
  16. WHAT THE FUCK EVER. I am not advocating for any of that. If you want to send an increased police presence then do so. But don't fucking send storm troopers in riot gear when all of the protests have been peaceful. Arresting students for what? Please explain it to me. They have the lawful right to be there and to protest. This is complete bullshit.
  17. WTF? the right to assemble and protest is protected by the fucking Constitution. FUCK OFF! The way the protests get out of control is by doing what dipshit Abbott is doing. YOU DO NOT SEND STATE TROOPERS ONTO THE BY GOD UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS to stop a peaceful student protest! FUCK ALL THAT!!!
  18. I use the MPC app and it's usually faster than GE or at least the same speed. We just returned from Spain last week and there was no one in the MPC line. The GE line was full and the regular line was packed. We walked right through.
  19. I was born in government housing. we were on food stamps for most of my childhood. I attended public schools where my breakfasts and lunches were paid for. I earned a scholarship to UT, a public school, where I also received pell grants. I now pay a metric shit ton in taxes and have endowed a scholarship at UT - all part of giving back to the country, state, and university that helped me and my family climb out of poverty. I know it works because I have lived it.
