  1. Chandler is a fucking bulldog man
  2. Anyone have a good link? Crackstreams is shit for me right now
  3. Pretty excited about this card. I’ve been busy and have missed a ton of cards lately, but this is must see tv in my opinion.
  4. I’m playing with fire, but I still thought it was funny…
  5. The thing is, he did just enough to be a backup for the next 10 years. People will always remember the mike white game and he’ll have a chase Daniels/chad Henne type of career.
  6. I have a feeling this is a mistake and it should be swapped, but fuck it. Cowboys by 14
  7. I feel like we’re saying two different things. Boston fans, NY fans, and Philadelphia fans are insufferable. But they’re insufferable for completely different reasons. Houston sports fans have a very unique “how come nobody recognizes us” energy. You’ve had two “runs” where your team was considered the best in their respective sports, and both have a very obvious “yeah, but…” attached to them, and the majority of Houston fans get so defensive about it that it’s comical. Maybe that would happen anywhere, but in my lifetime it’s very specific to Houston sports.
  8. Pats fans hatred was more directed at Goddell. They’ve won way too much to give a shit about what other fan bases think of their team. The city has a history of winning. Houston on the other hand, has two they never would’ve gotten if Jordan didn’t retire, and asterisk baseball title. So 3 titles in the history of the city all with asterisks next to them.
  9. Patriots fans sure as shit didn’t act like it. But Houston sports fans generally has the “what about us” syndrome because they feel like their teams don’t get talked about enough or they don’t get enough credit. So that definitely adds to the mind numbing defensive attitude that surrounds your city and its sports teams.
  10. I think Sean Payton gets credit for turning Brees into the qb he became, and there’s a little truth to that. He was good on the Chargers. He was great with the saints. McCarthy, right or wrong, gets absolutely no credit for turning Rodgers into the player he became. In part because Rodgers doesn’t give him any of that credit. I think from a personality standpoint, Dak and McCarthy are a better mix, but Kellen is what makes this thing special.
  11. No question. If Rodgers plays in this game I think GB sleepwalks to a victory. Without him, I think KC wins. That’s really what I was trying to say. But I agree. I think teams look at KC like they’re beatable and I think KC knows they’re beatable and they don’t have that same invincibility confidence
  12. Just came here to post that. Let’s get another one loss nfc team to 2 losses and keep our train rolling
  13. It’s a new day. We’ve nailed 2, actually 3. We’ve nailed 3 defensive draft picks
  14. One of the most talented teams over any 5 year stretch in the history of this sport, and not a single legitimate World Series title. Crazy. I did win a ton of money though, riding the Astros this postseason. So thank you for your service.
  15. Mike white is ballin’ out today. The two ints weren’t really his fault if I’m not mistaken and he’s put them in position for an upset. 34 points against a good bengals d. 405 yards and 3 touchdowns so far
  16. What’s funny is neither team has a legitimate championship according to any unbiased fan. That’s alright though. Manfred allowed you to keep the asterisk title because he has no backbone. Even asterisk flags fly forever, so I’ll give you that.
  17. Espn is usually spot on with that shit. They don’t change projections like that until it’s all but obvious that they aren’t playing
  18. It would be nice if, at the very least, we kept GG. Who had actually started and played decent in an nfl game. Or; you know, a guy like Blake Bortles. But we’re fucking stupid and don’t care about backup qb
  19. Yeah he ain’t playing. I’m mentally preparing for that.
  20. Both statistically and in terms of being clutch. That playoff run was incredible, and it’s the only reason there was an “is Joe Flacco elite” conversation/joke for the next few years.
  21. And when you look at the bucs schedule, they might not lose a game the rest of the season if they sweep the saints. They have such an easy schedule
