  1. Most successful realtors I know have a strong social media presence. Unfortunately, this takes a lot of time and effort to develop. If you can get your clients to let you take their picture, tag them on social media, give positive reviews on Google, Zillow, Facebook, etc, I think it makes a significant difference. Another reason why I could never be a successful realtor.
  2. The Pope has been pretty pro-Ukrainian and anti war, so I think it's a translation issue (it might even be from Spanish/Italian to Ukrainian to English.)
  3. https://twitter.com/albafella1/status/1687222370128347136?t=WuztbaADgt5dgPtJUSH8jA&s=19 A citizen of the Belgorod People Republic asks for help! 😂 10 tiktokers from Akhmat moved into her apartment. They took the keys from her and pushed her out into the street. The newly minted homeless woman turned to the police, but the Kadyrovites said that they "don’t care about anything". Now she is recording sad videos for the governor Gladkov.

  5. Ukraine has started negotiations with the 🇺🇸USA regarding a bilateral agreement on the provision of security guarantees, Yermak, head of the office of the President of Ukraine. These security guarantees will strengthen Ukraine's progress towards future membership in the Euro-Atlantic community, including the EU and NATO, which is the ultimate goal and the most reliable security guarantee.
  6. My bad
  7. 🙄 Germany refuses to supply Ukraine with long-range missiles Taurus "We still believe that this is not our top priority right now. We are not the only ones who do not deliver. Our American allies are not supplying these cruise missiles either. Our missiles have a special range," said German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.

He said people have reported drones passing over their homes and one falling in the woods. "The locals confirm several times that the drones passed in a straight line over the houses in Ceatalchioi. The fear is very great. No crashed drone was found. There is the testimony of some locals, sailors, that a drone had fallen in the forest It was searched, but nothing was found. There's no way in that forest thicket," said the mayor

  10. In Russia, a #Wagner PMC mercenary who returned from the war killed 6 people. The incident took place in the village of Derevyanoe in the Republic of Karelia. Together with an accomplice, 37-year-old criminal Igor Sofonov first broke into one house and killed all its residents. And then he repeated the same in a neighboring house. The houses were burned to hide the traces of the crime.
  11. Yeah, but the new info is Ukraine's claim that there were 200 casualties. That's double the number from that group waiting for 2 hours for a generals speech.
  12. In the past 4 days at least 27 drafting offices were set on fire in Russia and temporarily occupied Crimea. Just yesterday there were about 20 attempts to set drafting offices on fire. Even retirees were involved, the oldest is 84 years old. Yuriy Shvytkin, deputy chairman of the Russian parliament defense committee, believes it is quite possiible that ordinary people started setting fire to military enlistment offices because of emotional shock after the Russian parliament and the Federation Council approved the law on raising draft age to 30 years with the lower limit of 18 years. So, the government realizes that it is in conflict with the people, and mass arson of military enlistment offices is an attempt of the latter to demonstrate their discontent. All that the Russian authorities can do is to intensify repression and propaganda. Russia is gradually "boiling over". As repressions intensify, the logical response is to intensify resistance

  14. If things in Niger continue to go south, I bet it'll spike. They are a major exporter of uranium. I imagine the near-constant drip of threats to the ZNPP over the past year have depressed prices.
  15. They are really trying to find out aren't they. The Polish Ministry of Defense has announced that a Belarusian Mil Mi-8 “Hip” Transport Helicopter and a Mil Mi-24 “Hind” Attack Helicopters did in fact briefly cross into Polish Airspace earlier today near the Town of Białowieża which is roughly 2 Miles from the Polish-Belarusian Border; it was previously believed by the Polish Military that they did not cross the Border due to them “Flying Low” enough to not be Detected by Air Defense and Radar Systems.
  16. They're really pelting them with these things
  17. russian mil bloggers.... just a little panic. "Very serious risks of surrender n.a. In the event of the surrender of Staromayorsky (held by the 5th army), there is a serious danger of losing Harvest (held by the 36th army - they will simply come out of it and say about occupying more advantageous lines). The enemy is trying to competently penetrate the flanks of the positions of the 35th army and take it into the cauldron. Everyone on the ground sees this, but no countermeasures are taken. Commanders lack the competence to solve this problem. Now the question is at the stage of pushing the blame on each other." @romanov_92
  18. A helpful summary of the geopolitical dynamics in Niger with an emphasis on Russia and the West.
  19. They get a small percentage of the transaction, so that'd be awfully generous of them to create the software to exclude the tip. Surely there's a small business owner around here that knows for sure. Edit: this guy says yes the POS companies do take their cut from the tip and cites relevant laws and policies. In fact, employers can deduct the transaction fee from the employee's tip in most states. https://www.cardfellow.com/blog/employers-deduct-credit-card-processing-fees-from-tips/
