  1. On YouTube tv or is it just NFL Plus?
  2. http://www.hudl.com/v/2Lf8vP Antayvious Ellis. Kid got offers from TCU, Tech, and UTSA in middle school, runs a 10.5 100m, and has balled out thus far. Baylor had him in for the game last night.
  3. Random and not pertinent to the thread but I was shocked to see a Wing Stop in London when I went a year ago. Felt like seeing an old high school friend or something.
  4. If you feel even remotely similar to how you felt a year ago when our starting QB was out with an injury, we had two true freshmen on the line, our offense had already shown a difficulty scoring in second halves when defenses adjusted, and our defense had a walk on starting at safety... I don't know what to tell you about your emotional state.
  5. Funniest interaction I saw was some scantly clad drunk sorority girl throwing the horns down and shouting towards an old, 80-something Texas couple followed by her friend saying, "Abby, you HAVE to stop."
  6. They gave her a free ride so she took it. I get it.
  7. The people in Tuscaloosa were pretty nice. Lots of good conversations, mutual A&M bashing, handshakes, fist bumps and whatnot. It's a pretty area and good vibes. You'll get immature assholes everywhere, but overall I enjoyed the visit. Hell, I had to eat lunch in a sorority house (sister-in-law goes there) and people were still pretty gracious hosts. On the other hand, getting out after the game was a nightmare and everything surrounding the area seemed backwoods as hell. And I don't think Alabama believes in street lights.
  8. This is some Texas-Rice type stuff.
  9. When Sark came over for the Eyes and looked up at us, that's the happiest I've seen him since he's been here. His face lit up. Bet he feels vindicated for the work he's out in.
  10. So glad I went to this. Best day in a long time
  11. Mina Kimes is on a short list (Bill Barnwell, Zach Lowe... maybe someone else) of people at ESPN who work hard, have intelligent takes, clearly watch tons of games, and don't just try to be inflammatory. I'm not going out of my way to watch her, but when she hops on a podcast, she's interesting.
  12. Nevermind. Just bought tickets for section NN.
  13. I'm interested. For whoever is selling.
  14. I just got an email from Seat Geek saying they learned my ticket wouldn't work and I'd have to get a refund. So now I'm starting over. Pretty annoying.
  15. Just saw I had to upgrade to 4K plus in order to have unlimited streams on my home wifi. Kind of annoying considering that's basically two broadcasts a week. Are the Fox NFL games available in 4k?

    Damn. You called it.
  17. Guillory? That dude was the best middle school athlete I've seen when he was at Mansfield.
  18. Which is also the same creator as Succession, Jesse Armstrong. I'm also a fan of British comedy/panel shows. Taskmaster - 5 comedians compete in random tasks, and it's the best thing ever. The season with James Acaster is my favorite. Would I Lie to You - Simple panel show but David Mitchell and Lee Mack are the wittiest people on earth. That Mitchell and Webb Look - British sketch comedy show from 15 years ago or so. https://youtu.be/nZ3eJnRJPXY?si=Ow1nC_j_GKFSLwwp
  19. If you liked Endeavour, try Foyle's War. Murder detective show set on a beach town in the south of England during World War 2. Might be my favorite of the British detective shows.
  20. Same USC defense. Gave up a 3rd and 21 QB scramble and they're making this little RB look like Ekeler.
  21. I remember seeing O Brother Where Art Thou at the Dollar Theater off Granbury road and 20 when I was a kid. Completely forgot that was a thing.
  22. Tough loss for the Rangers. Speaking of tough, how great are the Titans new uniforms? They look great and I'm really happy for them.
  23. Inverse of the first inning.
