  9. Split it and seal. If you slice it, then seal it you run the risk of losing more moisture from the meat. You're just reheating in the sous vide, so it shouldn't take over 15 minutes.

  11. I bought this to keep my cast iron skillets on. Very sturdy. https://www.amazon.com/Lodge-AW5S-Cookware-Organizer-Black/dp/B088RLVRVW/ref=sr_1_2?crid=75Y7BDT2MRLM&keywords=lodge%2Baw5s%2Bcookware%2Borganizer%2C%2Bblack&qid=1638984956&sprefix=Lodge%2BAW5S%2B%2Cgarden%2C158&sr=8-2&th=1

  16. OG Pancho's sour cream enchiladas and chile relleno were legit. The answer on sopapillas was always just one more.
  17. I like to smoke them for 3-4 hours, then put them in a steam tray pan with onions and Hatch chiles. Add beef broth to cover the onions/chiles on the bottom of the pan, cover with aluminum foil and then back on the smoker or in the oven to braise for a couple of hours. Shred the beef, de-fat the drippings and make gravy or just use as au jus.
  18. But it's OK when I do it. /Lincoln Riley
  19. That boy has some heavy hands.
  20. I searched and did not find a thread. I was stuck in a hotel last night and watched this steaming pile of shit. First, Angelina Jolie as the lead on a team of smokejumpers; the thought of her scrawny ass running a big ass Stihl chainsaw and wielding a Pulaski tool for more than 10 seconds is ludicrous. Second, later in the movie, she gets the shit beat out of her by a supposedly spec ops operator but yet she gets up and kills him. A petite 110 lb. woman getting beat down viciously as portrayed in this movie, and then getting up and killing said operative? Pshaw. Taylor Sheridan wrote the screenplay. He should be disappointed in himself. Save your time.
  21. Hognose being a drama noodle.
