  1. The best thing in college sports is the Oklahoma Trail of Tears.
  2. I am hoping that the 2025 version is vastly improved because the place is a shit hole that is not designed to hold 90K. I will also say the talent was on full display, but where are the titties in today's female college student?
  3. Another game that we should be in control of but too many penalties and stupid mistakes.
  4. I agree play games with the coverages and bring pressure. Sometimes it might just be edges winning against their shitty OTs, but we absolutely made a mistake against Williams. We got real gun shy after his long run on 4th down when he had him stopped twice and neither guy could make the tackle. The worst thing you can let a young QB do is let him sit in the pocket and get into a rhythym.
  5. 100% it was a work. Slightly less obvious than Lawler's fued with Kaufman.
  6. He's not getting that. He showed up for 2-1/2 months out of 6. His BB% was abysmal and he's already shown signs of losing what little athleticism he had. Last year proved that non generational players are now seen as a dime a dozen.
  7. Bring the occassional blitz to mix it up, but yeah I take Simmons/Vasek/Burke/Sorrell/Moore all day against their OTs.
  8. Played better, they ran the ball 32 times for 130 yards, with 48 coming early in the game on a chunk play. 31-82 is a shitty performance and I would take that in a heartbeat.
  9. Lulz, fuck no. OU is terrible running the football. Hawkins is averaging 3.6 yards per carry and he's their best threat. On the season, he has 28 carries for 101 yards, with 48 coming on one single play, meaning their best running threat on offense has 27 carries for 53 yeards on the season outside the one play against Auburn. They have no threats at WR, play a zone and force Hawkins to come off his 1st read. MSU likley has a better OL than OU does and we got 5 sacks against MSU.
  10. Payton Thorne carved them up to the tune of 338 yards and 3 TDs with a AY/A of 11, without the pick six Auburn wins that game.
  11. Not sure about that. OU has a shit offense just like Michigan. Michigan has a better defense with 3 likely 1st round picks and other draftable talent at each level. Michigan 15 with 2 losses - OFEI .11 - 41st, DFEI .54 - 8th, SFEI .10 - 8th OU at 18 with 1 loss - .08 47th, .50 - 10th, .11 - 3rd This is going to be a name your score game for Sarkisian, especially if we take care of the football like we did against Michigan.
  12. Michigan is a better version of OU and beat the shit out of them.
  13. The calls didn't help, but Missouri is not a top 25 team. Their games agaisnt Boston College and Vanderbilt were foreshadowing their coming decline. They could easily lose 2-3 more games this season.
  14. He was the HC at South Alabama, and he's the CO-DC with two other guys including the former HC of Buffalo. Saban was so good, it takes 3 people to replace him including 2 forrmer HCs.
  15. I love how they think they are a more talented team than us top to bottom.
  16. Auburn has a lot of skill position talent. They are hamstrung by Thorne's inability to utilize it consistently. Auburn also has a decenet enough defense, and the game is in Auburn.
  17. That assumes we stop them from picking up a 1st down, considering they rolled up 150 yards at 5.4 YPA on the ground.
  18. Maybe, but as soon as we downed that punt inside the 5, Buffalo should have been playing for OT because their QB was 9-27 up into that point of the game and there is no way they were getting the 60 yards they needed, with 0 TOs, to get into FG range. Slowik's 3rd down call would be getting a lot more attention if not for the Buffalo coach saying hold my beer. Which was only compunded by having their safeties play 30 yards off the LOS on the final offensive play.
  19. So now they are back on the SEC schedule is a grind after two weeks of saying we got it easy.
  20. 100%, he has been awful this season. Today, he stays with the run too long which leads to the Texans being behind the chains, followed with the predictable screen play call on 2nd down. Then the most important call of the game, when it's obvious you run the ball and run out the clock, he calls a horribly designed pass play that ends being an intentional grounding. Shit, just get up under center and run a QB sneak with the way Buffalo was lined up to blitz the shit out of everything.
