  1. Quinn has played one clean game all season, and no games with over 300 yards. He's had at least 1 INT in his last 4 games. He's playing more like his freshmen self than a 3 year starter.
  2. So Quinn had 211 yards and 3 TDs in the 1H, then 77 yards and no TDs in the 2H. He's back to playing like his freshmen season where he couldn't put together 2 good halves of football. I don't think he's played a complete game outside of Michigan this season where there wasn't a dramatic difference between his 1st and 2nd half stats. Even Michgian wasn't that great, but we controlled that game from the beginning so we could shut it down in the 2nd half. But if the WR talent we have, Quinn should routinely be in the mid-300s with 3+ TDs every game. It shouldn't be lost that Texas high point total against a P4 school was Arch leading us to 35 against Mississippi State.
  3. I disagree with the throw to Wingo in the EZ being a great throw. It was a shitty throw, bcause Wingo had his man beat but Quinn threw a flat ball instead of a ball to the pylon. Wingo had to adjust to the poor throw which allowed the DB to make the play he did.
  4. Air yards is a thing that is tracked. Quinn's average air yards have gone down every season at Texas.
  5. No GM is drafting a QB that can't play.
  6. He took 2 sacks he didn't need to take and he is horrible throwing passes longer than 10 yards. Everything is designed at or behind the LOS. The 2nd INT was just a horrible decision. Throw that shit away. This is not a QB currently capable of winning the remaining important games left on our schedule.
  7. Pavia lept into Broughton, which also caused the bad throw because his arm hit his OL's helmet.
  8. Lulz, Nussmeier vommitting all over himself in the 2nd half. Very Ewers like.
  9. Auburn is beating them 24-10. Kentucky is really bad, Florida is scary because they are healthy and the freshmen QB is dynamic.
  10. Another late hit from #5, and the official was reaching for the flag but didn't throw it.
  11. Holy shit, I am laughing at LSU.
  12. He's better than the version of Ewers we have seen the last 3 weeks.
  13. LSU totally losing this game.
  14. aggy uses simulated pressure, fuck, we are in trouble.
  15. Because they suck.
  16. What is the difference, genius?
  17. and 15 for Quin were a DPI.
  18. The Ewers lead offense had 29 total yards on 6 drives the 1H. The Manning lead offense had 33 yards on 2 drives.
  19. He freezes up in the face of the blitz, several times Golden is open over the middle and Ewers holds the ball.
  20. Had the longest run for the team against Georgia.
  21. Damn, Nussmeier throws a beautiful deep ball. Gives his WRs the chance to make plays. Quinn doesn't even try to let his guys go make plays consisntently, even though our WR room is elite. The 1st half and 2nd half today were night and day. YPA over 10 in the 1st half 3 TDs, under 5 in the 2nd half limited vertical throws.
  22. We can't run the ball because defenses are loading the box against us because they don't fear Quinn beating them over the top. How many throws in the 2H traveled more than 10 yards vertically? Two? The OL has issues, for sure, but a skittish QB isn't doing them any favors. This isn't the Ewers from Michigan, we haven't seen that guy for 3 weeks.
  23. Every point Vanderbilt scored was due to Quinn's INTs, poor STs play, or stupid decisions. We likely would have shut them out without us stepping on our dicks all game long.
  24. I am nearly there, either he's not 100% healthy or he's too afraid of another injury. Either reason, he's the biggest problem with the offense right now.
  25. Lane Kiffin enjoys being stupid, but Venables benching Arnold was the chef's kiss of stupidity.
