  1. I think I broke my penis.
  2. EXACTLY! This is your moment, guys. But the truth is that they don't mind a tyrannical government at all, as long as they agree with the direction the tyranny is pointed.
  3. That is good, I guess, but the very rhetoric of referring to Americans he disagrees with as "the enemy within" and talking about using the military to "quell" them is chilling. They're starting to talk about what we've all been afraid of, out in the open, and every time they do it is a step toward normalizing it.
  4. This seems like one of the major turning points as we race toward a very dark chapter.
  5. I think the concern is that the Federal Government is using the phrase "The Radical Left" in an official post. This is extremely dangerous rhetoric, and it's spreading.
  6. Jesus tapdancing Christ. It's like a 10-year-old child found a wallet with 3 billion dollars and the presidency in it.
  7. Sure, but no one listens to Democrats except Democrats. That point, while valid, will never reach a single person who needs to hear it and think about it.
  8. I agree with the OP. I've been an MMA fan since the beginning. My first UFC PPV was UFC 2. My buddy was like, you've got to check this out, it's like boxing but no rules, a real fight! He'd ordered the first one out of curiosity. We watched the second one and we've been hooked ever since. That was like 1993. I stayed hooked through the Pride FC years, the Ultimate Fighter show and the explosive growth in popularity, etc. I don't even think I can follow the sport anymore, knowing what a piece of shit Dana White is, and a lot of the fighters, too. I just find myself not caring to tune in anymore. Maybe I can just root for the Brazilians and European fighters now, but I kinda don't want to give that fat Boston fake tough guy moron another nickle. Fuck you very much, MAGA.
  9. He would be in over his head in a game of checkers against a wall.
  10. I didn't say "the US has mental health issues like everyone does." I said everywhere has mental health issues. Obviously, they're going to be different in different societies. And I'm not saying that mental illness isn't part of the equation. Of course it is. But every country on Earth has significant percentages of mentally ill and/or unstable people. Only one country has an epidemic of mass shootings. And that is the country with easy access to guns. So, the gun nuts' argument -- that it's a mental illness problem, not a gun problem -- is absolute horseshit. It's a gun problem. And everyone knows it, including the people saying it's not really a gun problem.
  11. [This isn't directed to anyone in particular, but it needs to be pointed out every single time this happens] Mass shootings are not primarily a mental health issue. Every other country has mental health issues. Every other country has youth playing violent video games and listening to gangster rap and heavy metal. Mass shootings are an epidemic here, and only here, because this is literally the only nation on Earth where almost anyone can buy an assault rifle in a sporting goods store. And please don't try to post a couple of outlier shootings in other countries as some sort of pathetic attempt at a counterargument. The easiest access to guns, by far = the most gun deaths, by far. It is exactly that simple. If you like your guns so much that you just don't care, then have the balls to admit it.
  12. But wasn't his dad roommates with Shipley's dad or something?
  13. Cowboys are calling plays like the team that takes the fewest sacks wins. They are terrified.
  14. I have Nabers, too, and AJ Brown. They were so worthless that they negated Bijan's big day.
  15. Listening to this batshit crazy old ass man try to explain why the Micah Parsons trade was a good deal makes me glad I'm not a Cowboys fan. Good lord. He's trying to act like he just pulled off Herschel Trade 2.0.
  16. Yeah, and he raped a bunch of women and probably some kids. But Hillary stored emails on the wrong server once. So it evens out. They're all bad. I just like Trump because he tells it like it is and he gets shit done, like taking away women's rights and deporting people with any significant level of melanin. I want the 1950s back, when this country was truly great for straight Christian caucasian men, you see?
  17. Yeah, but it always looks wide open at the end of September. And it's not any more wide open than last year when the championship game was #7 vs #8. Also, Ole Miss is really good. Them giving LSU a hell of game does not say anything bad about LSU. And Penn State and Oregon not looking any better than we did against Ohio State doesn't say anything bad about them, or us, either. For all the hand-wringing on this site, we are absolutely one of the 8-ish teams that can win the whole thing.
  18. They should make a review like that a coach's chsllenge. Georgia didn't want it. Just let them run the hurry up play.
  19. I mean, I literally could have gotten closer than that, and I'm 49 and not a kicker.
  20. That might be the worst field goal attempt I've ever seen.
  21. Oregon just absolutely shitting on the people who bet on them. God dammit.
  22. This game makes me wish I had taxes to do instead.
  23. This is an entertaining ballgame.
  24. Now that was a nice play call. Wall of blockers there.
