  1. This album is so good, and Danny Carey is pretty decent at playing the drums.
  2. Holy shit. I'm only 4 songs in and this is so fucking good! This was totally worth the 13 year wait.
  3. Now live on streaming services!
  4. I think the real villain has been revealed, and it's C-3PO. I mean, look at those red eyes!
  5. Apparently the album leaked over the weekend. I haven't heard it yet, but it's probably available where illegal downloads are usually found. The story of how it got leaked is pretty entertaining.
  6. It comes out October 15th, I believe.
  7. #1 Artist on the Billboard Top 100 - https://www.billboard.com/charts/artist-100
  8. Yeah, I think he's just playing the same pattern with both his hands and feet, just not perfectly in sync as it usually is. I thought it sounded a little sloppy too, but I think it's just how he wants it to sound. I originally thought he was playing 32nd notes, alternating between his feet and hands, which would be absolutely insane, but I don't think he's trying to do that at all.
  9. I think that's it, although I'd change the last measure to 3 after listening to it a bunch of times. 3 2, 3 3 3 2, 3 3 3 2, 3 2, 3 3 3
  10. Also, I'm liking it more and more with each listen.
  11. I'm counting the end in groups of 3s and 2s. I think it's... 3 2, 3 3 3 2, 3 3 3 2, 3 2, 3 3 2 So, could be: 5, 6, 5, 6, 5, 5, 8 I prefer just going between 3 and 2 though.
  12. I like it. Sounds like a song from Lateralus or 10,000 Days, with Maynard channeling a more A Perfect Circle sound. Drums sound like Reflection for the first half of the song. It's chill, but heavy.
  13. This is insane. #1 album and #3 song on iTunes.
  14. https://music.amazon.com/artists/B003X7KSU4?tab=CATALOG&ref=dm_wcp_artist_link_ad try that
  15. It's live! They're on spotify!
  16. Also, full catalog will be on streaming services this Friday.
  17. Stanford's running a test to improve video streaming algorithms. As part of it, they're streaming a handful of the basic TV channels for free over the internet here: https://puffer.stanford.edu/player/
