  1. This should make every patriotic American sit up and take notice. Kash Patel is calling Trump king. Trump is calling himself king. All Americans should be horrified by this. Far too many of us will celebrate it instead. If the GQP was serious about the founding fathers and the Constitution, this would be called out as tyranny and he would be expelled from the party, at a minimum. Instead, they will work like serfs to anoint him King.
  2. Fetterman vs Oz would be a blood bath. Oz is from Cleveland and went to Harvard. Fetterman has history in both East and West, PA. He was born in Reading, PA. He went to college in Reading. He was the mayor of Braddock, PA, which is a suburb of Pittsburgh.
  3. All for the ego of a washed up old man, afraid of his own mortality. Those Orlans are a horrible choice for dropping grenades. Quadcopters can hover, Orlans can't. They have to continually move forward to generate lift. If they try to slow down to aim, they will stall. Further, they are designed for taking footage from high up. They are not maneuverable at all and the aerodynamics on the Orlan suck. Very poor answer to the Ukrainian drones. At first the techno annoyed me, but it's grown on me as the Ukrainians have continued to kick Russia's ass. Now, I dig it and am kind of sad when there isn't any.
  4. Yahoo Finance had a good article on this yesterday. The issues are massively compounded, because margins are low and only 3 companies make almost all the baby formula. Abbott makes up close to 43% of the total market, with a good chunk of that coming from the currently shut down Sturgis plant. The Abbott Sturgis plant sounds like it was pulling some Blue Bell cleanliness standards. The FDA inspection and shutdown should have come much sooner after the whistleblower report they received. The inspections found Cronobacter sakazakii in multiple locations inside the facility, including high care areas. The company themselves found it in what they claim was a non contact area. Sucks, but they need to be shut down until they fix that and can guarantee it doesn't happen again. Cronobacter sakazakii is nasty for infants, 40-80% fatality rate and can recur after recovery. Costs on average $1 million to treat per infant. https://foodpoisoningbulletin.com/2022/what-is-cronobacter-sakazakii-and-why-is-it-a-danger-in-infant-formula/ https://finance.yahoo.com/news/america-running-baby-formula-because-120000395.html
  5. Yes, but you need more troops to attack than you do to defend. The forces they are using to counterattack are considerably larger than the ones they will need to leave dug into defensive positions. Plus they have US/NATO/Five Eyes watching their 6. If Russia starts to mass troops in those areas again, the Ukrainians will know before some of the Russian officers do.
  6. That first one is legitimately hilarious. We would fund them for 5 centuries at this rate. This is the best return on investment our military spending has ever achieved.
  7. Inmmaculate/GRUHorn is a troll we've been dealing with for years. He has been repeatedly crowd sourced for dishonesty and immediately comes back with a new user name. If he's ever said an honest word on here, it was likely on accident.
  8. Literal decimation...and they are saying that like it's a good thing. Fucking wow.
  9. Definitely looks like it. Likely contributed to the BTG they wiped out at the river crossing. Orcs probably thought they were in the clear from artillery for another few KM at least.
  10. A tyrant can never depend on honest advice, because they wage a relentless war on truth. Anyone who tries to tell him would be risking his wrath. If Putin is still alive in 4 months, he'll be sitting in a bunker moving imaginary divisions.
  11. Additionally, because of their turret pop-design flaw, the vast majority of those tank crews are dead and difficult to replace.
  12. Everyone knows you have to take what the river gives you. The best way to cross the river is to go sideways down the bank until you reach the headwaters.
  13. These numbers are staggering. Slava Ukraini indeed.

    Class Warfare

We could put a slide underneath it with bowling pins at the end of the slide, or just let 'em roll for distance. Televise it and set up some gambling action. We could pay off part of the debt.
  15. The newish inverter models are pricier, but use substantially less power. Using one of those would free up some generator capacity for other devices.
  16. This is true, but it only enhances behavior the Russian orcs would be doing anyway. Units were brought in specifically because they have, and will continue to, commit the worst atrocities they can think of. Russia is a war crimes nation. Their history is riddled with rampant crimes against humanity. Crimes against humanity are a feature, not a bug. Their warfare is stuck on Mongol Horde mode, minus all the competence.
  17. I can't find it online, but the some of the random Walgreens I checked have it. In stock at Walgreens 4501 GUADALUPE ST, AUSTIN, TX 78751. Also found it in Houston, but not Dallas. It's $40 though. Looks like everyone else is out and the manufacturer has a blurb about it on their website. Only thing I see online is the toddler formulation from Target, delivered in 7 days. https://www.target.com/p/enfamil-nutramigen-hypoallergenic-powder-toddler-formula-12-6oz/-/A-14698865#lnk=sametab
  18. And none in the west, so they are getting wildfires very early this year.
  19. I just ran some random zip codes through Walmart and it looks like there is high variability, but most places have at least 4 options available in-store. It will let me put 5 in the cart. Brooklyn was the only place out of everything. Burbank had 1 option. Spoilered some screen shots below if you're curious.
  20. Definitely given it's location, right off the coast of Romania. However, this is even stupider shit than usual by Russia. They already have most of the world against them, now they are going to add a global famine on top of things they will be correctly blamed for. At some point, the world is going to realize that a lot of this can be stopped by a simple vote to remove Russia from the UN Security Council. There was never a vote authorizing them to take the USSR's seat. In typical Russian fashion, they just took it. Give that seat to Ukraine instead, or just get rid of it. Now the UN is no longer deadlocked and the world can get serious about coordinated punishments.
