  1. They are the real UT.
  2. Apparently Bingo is a Bum Scooter too. Probably the Bum Worms.
  3. This episode of Bluey is called "Touchdown".
  4. Lots of PTSD still floating around this fanbase.
  5. There are 3:30 left in the first quarter and our D has dominated most of the game and almost all of the season. The D has this and if they don't, we weren't winning the next rounds anyway.
  6. Sark still got that LaVell Edwards/BYU thing going too much.
  7. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like a bad idea to name an airport terminal after someone who is now famous for being late.
  8. Sounds like Sydir Mitchell played Helobious.
  9. Why the fuck does Sark just sit there are take this? Kirby is having an aneurysm and his team is getting away with murder. Sark is stoically getting fucked.

Another thing that's worked for me is using binaural beats. It works especially well for anxiety and stress. It plays a different frequency sound into each ear and the brain interpolates a third sound that kind of fuses the two. This can be any pitch, the binaural beats part is that they are separated by a specific frequency, usually based on the wavelength of brain waves associated with a particular activity. 6 Hz is a sweet spot for me, it's a wavelength our brain produces when it's in relaxation and transitioning to sleep. Like the sound machine I mentioned above, it works best for me if it's a low frequency, so I use one with 2 low frequency sounds, separated by 6 Hz. https://music.apple.com/us/album/6-hertz/1652720399?i=1652720401 @troph If you are comfortable talking about it more, I'd be interested in hearing more about your experience with ketamine infusions and the stellate ganglion block. My doc wasn't very receptive when I brought up ketamine infusions.

A friend of mine got me a lectrofan white noise machine and that thing is fucking amazing. https://www.soundofsleep.com/lectrofan/#lectrofan-classic Not only does it not pause and repeat the loop, but there are 20 different sound settings. 10 white noise settings and 10 different fan sounds, all at different frequencies. Paired up with a fairly large speaker. There are 2 industrial fan sounds that are low frequency and far more effective for me than any other white noise machine, or fan, that I have heard of.
  12. Georgia linemen have figured out there is almost nothing they can do to get called for holding.
  13. It was especially stupid, because it was obvious during that game that South Carolina was going to wind up considerably better than LSU by the end of the season.
  14. This is fucking ridiculous. This shit is just professional wrestling with a bigger fanbase
  15. Yep, and just like last time, the road to the conference championship will be capped off with thousands of Longhorns chanting "Poooor Aggies", or "Poooor aggy" to use the parlance of our times.
  16. I'd say "don't ever change, aggy", but you know... they can't.
