  1. UATX? Is that some kind of Internet website puporting to be an educational institution?
  2. Some of those idiots are truly mentally ill, projecting their own inferiority-inspired lies & delusions into total madness.
  3. What a family. Baker is suing his father for the $12,000,000 he apparently was bilked out of….. https://www.kxan.com/sports/baker-mayfield-seeks-12m-in-lawsuit-against-his-fathers-company-alleges-breach-of-contract/
  4. Aggy sure bandies the word “elite” around a lot but apparently they don’t realize riding other SEC coattails does not elevate them to that level.
  5. What do you mean…”wonder”? Lol
  6. My youngest grandson a few years ago….

    Getting old sucks

Back home again from the 3rd ER overnighter this month. The clerk & nurses said, “you again?” . This time they programmed the pacemaker which actually caused part of the runaway heartbeat. I sweater gawd they’re gonna have my name on that room’s door. All is good for now. Am sitting in my new power recliner with two built in cup holders.
  9. Between age 5 & 10 I roamed solo all over Fort Brooke inside the walls of El Morro in Puerto Rico. Obviously no worries there Ran around with my older brothers before that when we were posted at Fort Sam, Camp Hood, & Fort Leavenworth. Fort Brooke was an ideal place to play pirates in the early 1950s - our quarters were right center in the trees.
  10. Probably posted here a long time ago, but I don’t care…
  11. And so it goes with most dictatorships including North Korea, Cuba, China, the “banana republics”, etc….
  12. And Charlie puffed up his little concave chest when he typed it.
  13. The pacemaker tech nurse checked my device Monday and said the battery has 9.5 years of charge remaining. I laughed. At least I can still ride my stationary exercise bike a total of two hours per week to keep limber. Am down 75 lbs from my peak weight several years ago but still have about 50 to go. Hope I can get there so as to contribute that much less to global warming when the crematorium is fired up for my carcass.
  14. They did cover the hole, and the plumbers on their way over sometime today…
  15. Not so trivial: plumbing repairs under our house slab to fix sewer drain pipe. Very expensive to excavate 20’ through a limestone rock shelf to get at the problem - collapsed sewer drain plus tree root invasion. After two days of jackhammering excavation plus one hour this morning under our house, it is dead quiet all of a sudden and that crew is packing up. Hopefully the plumbing crew will come sooner rather than later to do the drainpipe repairs and install the new commode to get that guest bath in working order. As for the massive pile of dirt & rock in our back yard, that will not be backfilled into the excavation hole until the building inspection is done. The photo was made about halfway through the digging/drilling process. In the meantime, the local wildlife better not crawl under there.
  16. We went to the Round Rock Chuy’s yesterday for the first time in many months. I had the chicken fajitas which were pretty good, but not quite up to snuff with their different “flavor” flour tortillas. And they skimped on the sauteed onions. Mrs. Brat had the queso compuesto appetizer which was very good, as was her house ‘Rita.
  17. He ain’t no Butch Cassidy.
  18. Was referring to the Chinese. I like Danes, except for Legos.
