  1. I believe that they are either segregated or are marked in a way that enables separation. Otherwise maybe some forgetful or clumsy employee will accidentally knock over a couple of baskets onto the floor...wouldn't that be a tragedy?
  2. Someone like this needs to be a countersuit plaintiff. Immediately. Add in people who may be going through chemo, etc. and would have been a lot more as risk voting in person after Abbott refused to mandate masks at the polls.
  3. All Immigrant-commited Murders Matter. How could they forget all the lives taken by legal immigrants?!
  4. I'm not reading too much into it. Their lawyers have still donated more to Biden.
  5. My wife loved this show so much that she wanted to immediately rewatch the new episode every week. There are so many jokes that landed better the second time around.
  6. Pulisic and Werner is going to be an exceptional combination. But they are gonna keep dropping points until the defense is fixed in January.
  7. Brent Strom should be a first ballot Hall of Famer
  8. I would also be cool with a rule preventing vexatious litigants from holding certain law-related public offices.
  9. Nothing like having a judge that is actually on the state's list of vexatious litigants. https://www.txcourts.gov/media/1443730/madeleine-connor.pdf
  10. Except that one judge who beat Sulak. That is a complete disaster. A lot of lawyers might have voted R instead of her, but think she is unopposed.
  11. Not pinch running for Brantley and not pinch hitting for Yuli are two monumental fails as far as manager decisions go.
  12. Just moved from Travis to Harris county last week. I think my only option is a limited ballot in Harris county? Can somebody knowledgeable about this confirm and link me to info on what exactly I need to do to vote? The VoteHarris and Texas Secretary State websites have little info.
  13. I agree with pretty much everything above. Which is why I wonder if we couldn't do better than what the Thunder did the Paul George trade if we moved Harden. Not saying that it is the right move, just saying that for the first time I would think about it. Problem is that the NBA more than any other league is superstar driven, and there is no guarantee you will get one or two with the boatload of picks, youngsters, and/or expirings Harden would bring.
  14. This is Emmy/Golden Globe worthy. Which I didn't expect. And yet every Friday morning for the past several weeks the wife and I start the day by figuring out when we are going to watch Ted Lasso.
  15. They gonna play Man City in the last week of the season and will need a result to avoid relegation, right?
  16. Oh, and Team Donna. Still. Always.
  17. One of my favorite shows of the 2000s. That last season was brilliant, even though I sometimes wonder whether the major event needed to happen a few episodes before the end (no spoilers, but y'all know what I am talking about). And yes, the finally was absolute perfection. Solsbury Hill will never be better. Not really breaking any new ground from my OP, but worth saying again.
  18. Same. And I am in Dallas right now so watching the Arlington feed.

Any suggestions for TexMex curbside pickup or delivery? We are currently visiting Lake Highlands area.
  20. I know this is not like any other trade deadline, but still a pretty stark difference between Luhnow and Click. Did we ever do ZERO when Luhnow was here?
  21. Origination is 1%. $250 processing $225 underwriting $300 closing coordination $395 loan delivery Rest is third party fees (with the two title insurances being the biggest chunk) and tax prepay/escrow.
  22. I got a worksheet with a bunch of line item costs on it. I assume you are asking about the percentage of the loan amount that is listed as 'origination cost"? There are a bunch of other fees there too.
