  1. God if you are listening (and have a sense of humor) please make a semi would lose brake function at that intersection and plow through those dipshits giving them the blood bath they are requesting. I will go to church every Sunday from now on if you make this so.
  2. Absolutely true. But don’t forget that the “party of personal responsibility” will simultaneously whine about how it’s not their fault they voted for POS like Marge… the libs and their constant demand for rights and participation left them no choice!!
  3. The only reason 1/6 happened was cause Trump was in charge of the military and national guard and purposely had them stand down. If he loses this time, the military will be prepared to deter any Gravy Seals. They won’t do shit when faced with a real counter force.
  4. I am thinking about pitching this approach to a proposed new wing of MD Anderson. It will be exclusively for lawyers, judges, and GOP politicians. If we suspect a cancer we will schedule a biopsy 6-12 months later but only after allowing all involved parties comment and discussion. It the biopsy comes back positive, since cancer is “a person” with all aforded rights, we will allow a appeal process for the cancer at which time it was, by being silent, request a appeal and rebiopsy in 6-12 months. If that comes back positively we will discuss treatment but that is also subject to a multphased appeal process resulting in a tageted treatment start date of 3-6 years.
  5. Bush Sr. promoted cultural war bullshit (Willie Horton), enabled the religious right GOP takeover, and nominated Alito, so be did more than his fair share to get us where we are today
  6. It is truely amazing that out of the last string of republican presidents, Nixon probably is the one that did the least to fuck our country
  7. For a lead attorney on a high profile case where at least 3 other attorney have turned down cause of the death threats and BS involved?? Fuck no $250 isn't a great rate! There was a movie in 1989 called War of the Roses where Danny Devito plays an attorney who talks about his rate being $450/hr. That was 35 years ago.
  8. Well shit, if I am not human and in fact just property of Pfizer, I guess I am no longer responsible for paying taxes, my actions, or really anything I have less responsibility now than a frozen fetus!
  9. Same here. I honestly would have to ask my siblings for the specific day cause all I remember was being in shock and that it was hot as balls. i do wish they had asked Hur some questions regarding specific dayes and years, all while reminding him that he is under oath, to elicit so “I don’t recall” responses. That would have been fun.
  10. Schiff without lube
  11. Hur seems like an excellent candidate to win the next "I Can't Believe The Leopards Ate My Face" award. It is always amazing to me when minorities are so surprised when the anti-immigrant party that openly embraces racists eventually treats them poorly once they use up their usefulness.
  12. If i ever make it there it will be with Roundup in a bottle to draw a big middle finger hand.
  13. Well it seems like 16.5X seems to be roughly the escalator for each subsequent defamation lawsuit so maybe: Carroll #1- 5 million Carroll #2- 83.3 million Carroll #3- 1.37 billion??
  14. So Mace, who worked for Trump in 2016 campaign, and was subsequently found guilty in court of the equivalent of rape, paid another women for sex, and has also been accused of rape and sexual assault by numerous other women including minors, and has repeatedly lied about it to the American people, will NOT be shamed by a guy who asks her to explain her conflicting views because he once worked for someone who lied about having oral sex. Also, Trump is different cause he never was convicted in a criminal court unlike Clinton….wait.
  15. Spot on from WaPo Opinion | Forget ‘polarization.’ It’s the GOP’s radicalization.
  16. What if a Dem is watching a Texas/Okie State Rig 12 football game? Can the dem use the word in that setting?
  17. I think she was just hanging around hoping that Hunter would come say Hi.
  18. For an omnipotent being that could effortlessly make any reality it want, God sure seems like a whiny, narcistic petulant bitch..... Now that I think about it, it does makes sense this version of God is such a Trump fan.
  19. I do appreciate you acknowledging this error. We can disagree about lots of things but I think it is important to make sure we are all using the same facts. Yes, Floyd earned $150/hr. Merchant also states that Mr. Floyd "billed very little" and "has not billed anything in a while" (3:18-3:50) indicating that he was really not very involved at all, so his pay rate doesn't really seem to be a good comparison to someone hired to be a "case manager". Again, I don't disagree with you on the premise that they should have been more forthcoming, although I can definitely see why most people are not completely forthcoming about their love lives, especially while getting divorced. I do disagree that Wade's pay was out of line for the job that was contracted(since it was the same rate at another outside prosecutor), that there is any evidence of preferential treatment with his hiring (since she tried to hire multiple firms before and was turned down), nor that Wade spending money on his girlfriend in ways that all men spend money on their girlfriends in any way leads to a "conflict of interest" that would lead to a unfair trial for the defendants. Therefore, disqualifying her on that basis is ridiculous. If Willis lied under oath about accepting some dinners and trips from her boyfriend, or if this violated some clause of her employment, then let the ethics board deal with that (and realize that the rule is being violated my many many other government and non-government employees who date coworkers on a daily basis).
  20. Again you are wrong. I am not sure why you are intentionally and repeatedly lying about this point but you are. I even linked the video for you and gave you the time stamp of her comments. Look again. At 2:50 she states unequivocally that Cross was paid $250/hr “the same as Wade”. She then explains that her bills were lower and at 6:30 explains why. “Wade was a case manager and was always prsent at the office working according to office staff. The other 2 prosecutors were barely seen”. Stop trying to make the 700k (over 2 years!) and 100k pay difference some kind of nefarious point when the explanation is crystal clear. HE WORKED MORE HOURS THAN THE OTHER 2”
