Easy, you just don't lead them as much.
Outstanding.

If you have not read Last Stand of the Tin Can Sailors by James Hornfischer you need to. It's about Leyte Gulf and paints the crew of the Johnston and the other DDE and CVE crews as the bad asses that they were.

This has drug mules/deal gone bad written all over it. The couple was driving around the country. The travel trailer and truck crossed the border without them in it. Sure, they could be victims of a random drug dealer stealing their shit but something smells here. And its not tasty buds.

I haven't confirmed, but I was told once our Military has a larger share of Mormon folks than the population in general. Their "call to service" includes joining the Military. Mormons aren't amish.
I'd imagine getting shot at and facing death from above is better than dealing with nagging wives.

Late Friday night when I pulled in the driveway all I could here was the wind in the trees. No cars, AC units, dogs barking or people. Just leaves/pine needles/palm fronds rustling in the wind.
Music to my ears.
The mountains are calling and I must go.

I can still remember my TXDL number I got in 1984.
Got my first in 86 and still know it but can't even guess at the one I got in 2010 when I came back to Texas.

Nope. I have that asked as well. My favorite was doing one in Washington 10+ years ago and had maybe 15 family members over who had never had a charcoal cooked one. They'd only had gas grilled. I had to pull up pictures from the interweb and show them for proof.

I really like the premise but worry that the average knuckle dragging mouth breather wont be able to keep up with the multiple story lines. E1 was excellent and E2 brought the story forward nicely but Elmo and Edith from Emporia probably arent watching this.

Depending on my mood:
Fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck you. You're cool. And fuck you.
We can do that. We dont even have to have a reason.
Now there's something you don't see every day.
Talk to me Goose.
I'm most proud of the last one. The Macanudo-ettes are both teenagers now and when somethings going on in life for them I use this. It almost always breaks the tension or silence or whatever.

Twitter suggests that al-Baghdadi is dead.
But we've always been at war with Eastasia.

So what makes this movie so great? The dialogue is OK, and has some great quotes. But there are other movies that have that. The action, other than the climax is no better than the rest of the 80's movies. (The camp invasion is particularly average.) One review I read said that this is Arnold's best movie, because it lets him be himself. Arnie is a charismatic person, and he can't use that when he's an android.
The score is pretty good. The pacing is excellent. Bad guy is historic. All that is true. But I think what takes this movie to the next level is the last part, starting after his fall into the water. It's the best part of the movie, and it's at the end. It's what you remember.
The thing that stands out to me about that fall.... The film is grainy and out of focus. Obviously it's a stunt man and I guess that's why but it always struck me as odd.

The fact that it still holds up pretty well for a 50+ year old WWII movie is amazing. Guinness and Holden shine but the supporting cast is outstanding as well.

Little Big Horn is interesting. It was a running fight and they have speakers set up at intervals along the way to narrate the battle. Pretty moving to hear the sounds of battle in the middle of a wind swept prairie. It literally hits close to home.
Never been to the Battlefield but I have driven through that area several times. The first time I did drive through, at 16 years old, my response was "Custer was a fucking idiot."
