  1. He's talking about box office numbers, not the best movies.
  2. Also how good were Abby Elliot and Brie Larson in that episode?? Absolute acting clinic.
  3. I don't understand why people don't like this season. The character development is really good. The wedding episode was a fantastic sequel to Fishes. Some draggy parts but god damn the performances are fantastic.
  4. I thought New Blood was decent, Original Sin was great, this one looks promising. Really intrigued by Uma Thurman's character and what's going on there. Looking forward to the next episode for sure.
  5. Fuck the regs, fan the cash out right in front of their faces!
  6. Kinda weird to still be using kiddie pools as an adult @South Austin jinx you owe me a some coke
  7. Shoutout to Leo Margets for being the 2nd woman ever and the first in 30 years to make the main event final table. She has been playing really well.
  8. Ok, dude, my point was the shoe doesn't fit. You directly quoted me, what was I supposed to think?
  9. I don't know why you're coming after me here, I have done nothing but mock him literally one single time for probably being Rex and then moved on. Also, just so you know, the PM that Penelope posted also included me, but I just blocked him from DMing me and deleted the thread without mentioning it and I had no idea Penelope had posted it until just now so idk, maybe suck my dick?
  10. Yeah it blows my mind that there are people on Twitter defending this guy. He's going to compare himself to Martin Kabhrel and try and make himself a martyr and ask why Martin didn't get banned but everyone with a brain knows why. The funny thing is, if he didn't crash out at the end when he finally got eliminated, and start calling everyone at the table pussies or bitches or whatever, he probably doesn't get banned. At least not right then and there. I understand that live poker is often boring to watch because most players act like mute robots at the table nowadays, but the way he acts at the table is unbelievable.
  11. No one, at all, is denying the atrocities committed in Sudan, you moron. You know damn well that those two things are not at all the same thing. We're talking about humanitarian aid being stolen/misused by bad actors within Sudan vs. the direct funding/support of Israeli military operations with our full blessing. You still haven't answered my question.
  12. That's.... Not what he said?
  13. @Bevo so what, exactly is your point? Do you think that we're ok with what other countries do with our money but not Israel, or that we shouldn't criticize Israel because we are also allied with/fund other countries that also commit atrocities?
  14. Really sad and pathetic to cut off his quote there. Again, this is the Israel thread. Stop deflecting.
  15. They're terrorists. It's state-sponsored terror. There is no more accurate description. This is the Israel thread, in case you're lost.
  16. Posting this in both DT and CR, very longcat Facebook post from a HS friend of mine who is a defense attorney and whose wife is the exact kind of US citizen who is being threatened by Trump's policies. Spoilering because quite long but worth the read.

  18. 15:00 is the timestamp if the link doesn't work right, but this fold is atrocious.
  19. What do you guys think about WSOP giving Will Kassouf a 10 second shot clock? I think it's karma because the guy is absolutely unbearable, I would rather listen to Martin Kabrhel 100 times out of 100 over this dipshit.
  20. Weird how the criticism of Israel is loudest in the thread about Israel, isn't it? I suppose we could start the "The 'We Actually Did 9/11' Country Has Been Genociding Yemen For 10 Years And Yet They're Still Our Allies" thread so we can criticize Saudi Arabia. Plenty of places we can take this.
  21. Interesting, I was unable to find a source for this quote with not "beliefing" this is justice, aside from the Facebook comment you pulled it from. It's certainly not in the NPR article the Facebook post was linking to. Could you provide a real source, please? I understand that reactionary conservatives such as yourself hate context. It'll be ok, little guy, it won't hurt you. Let's go ahead and provide the full quote: This is an absolutely pathetic attempt at accusing someone of antisemitism. Let's dive into the full context of this report: Global firms ‘profiting from genocide’ in Gaza, says UN rapporteur | Israel-Gaza war | The Guardian “While political leaders and governments shirk their obligations, far too many corporate entities have profited from Israel’s economy of illegal occupation, apartheid and, now, genocide,” the report says. The US technology firm Palantir comes under particular criticism in the Albanese report for its close partnership with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), with which the company agreed a strategic partnership for Palantir to assist its “war-related missions”. The Albanese report also criticises heavy equipment manufacturers such as Caterpillar and Volvo for allegedly supplying heavy machinery used in mass demolitions of homes, mosques and infrastructure in Gaza and the West Bank. Oh wow! Looks like her report wasn't referring to Jewish people at all, but actually a collection of international corporations that are clearly profiting off Israel's genocide. How embarrassing for you, you pathetic little weasel. You should be embarrassed, but I'm not sure you have the capacity for shame. The hilarious part is you don't realize that by continuously conflating Zionism with Judaism, you're actually the one being antisemitic. That's what cracks me up about idiot reactionary conservatives like yourself. You're just entirely oblivious to how fucking stupid you sound. The Zionists this tweet is referring to are American lobby groups (like the ADL, who has exposed itself as a completely clown shoes operation) and American Zionists, most of whom are not Jewish. You are really fucking bad at this and you should just give up before you embarrass yourself even further.
  22. Well this is certainly a play that you can make.
  23. Still plenty of other countries for Israel to bomb!
  24. I agree with everything you're saying I just think the early days of the main event are way tighter than any other tourney and most people tend to not make standard plays in an effort to not get involved in giant pots unless they flop quads or something. You're so deep and seeing so many hands that you can build up a really nice stack without a ton of risk as long as you're smart. On the flip side, Loquet's play is far from what you'd normally expect someone to do early-ish on in the main event and he got rewarded for an insanely aggressive play considering he was below the bottom of what his range should be there. I'm sure he knew exactly what his opponent had. I can only imagine the fucking rager I would get if I knew for sure that my opponent had rockets and I flop top set in the main event. Literally the #1 wet dream of an exploitative player.
