  1. Vape juice contains water soluble organic compounds, no oils. Still not good for you, I imagine, but inhaling heated oil would cause [maybe permanent] lung damage pretty quickly I think.
  2. Vile Grifters Are Taking Over Establishment Media | The Nation Bari Weiss is such a vile cunt, just one of the worst people to be put in a place like this. I wouldn't piss on her if she was on fire.
  3. Jesus christ, you rep slut
  4. Haven't watched it yet but the fact that every wine mom on my facebook feed is talking about it makes me not want to.
  5. Without reading any of that I would guess that their revenue isn't that high as an athletic department and they don't really have many giga-wealthy alumni donors willing to fund the bag now that Saban is retired and everyone else is doing it as well. It was easy for them when they were the Big Bad Bag Men of the CFB world.
  6. You're only ever in the danger zone (as far as creating harmful byproducts goes) if you are heating them to a point that actually causes thermal degradation. None of the commercial disposables (like Geek Bars or whatever) that most people use get hot enough for this to happen. If you're using a custom vape with high wattage, that can be a different story, especially if you're not replacing your coils as often as you should. Also, what TH is saying isn't really correct. There is no water vapor coming from the e-liquid, it's aerosolized glycerin and propylene glycol. Whatever water vapor you're exhaling comes from the air in your lungs. Either way, I'm glad I don't touch the stuff anymore.
  7. I also quit cigs by using a vape, and quitting the goddamn vape was 100x harder. Nowadays I don't use any nicotine/tobacco products at all but I'm on those THC gummies every day.
  8. Give him some time to go back to 4chan and become more crazy so he can really own us when he comes back.
  9. I remember when maninblack went crazy when he got caught posting memes from that Nazi site (I think it was Voat) prior to the 2020 election. Good times. Oops cya bitch
  10. This is a hilarious post considering his account was created in June of last year and maninblack last posted in November of 2022. Absolutely brilliant to admit you're almost certainly a troll sock with the site owner posting in the thread.
  11. Lol all of this tracks with his posting history in the Isreal threads too. He's just a contrarian troll. Time to go bye bye on to your next username, maninblack.
  12. He's a comedian. You're the ones taking it way too seriously. Also, he's not a fucking zoomer lmao
  13. I agree, and I really didn't like the vague nature of the ad. @Satchel this is what I was referring to:
  14. You're not going to get any argument from me that Cody Campbell is a loudmouth donkey. I vacillate often between appreciating what he's done for our NIL efforts, and wishing he'd shut the fuck up because he's not half as smart as he thinks he is. I have dealt with him personally before; I am well aware of what he's like. I'm just as skeptical as you are that any of his efforts beyond the Tech sphere will have any positive impact on sports as a whole.
  15. I think he's pushing the UT grad guy that is a major driver of the school voucher shit, I can't remember his name off the top of my head.
  16. Yeah I mean I'm not necessarily disagreeing, I just want to see the actual details on whatever plan he says he has before I pass judgment.
  17. Nor should they. A hard cap is fucking stupid. This is America, these kids should be able to earn whatever they're worth.
  18. It's more the notion that anyone gives a shit about academic rankings, especially the overwhelming majority of college football players. That was a take you'd see often on TexAgs back in the day, and it was stupid back then, too. You think Arch Manning or Colin Simmons or their agents give a flying fuck about Texas' academic rankings? It's an outright comical notion. Nobody fucking cares. Your take is entirely (and understandably, since you're a Texas fan) biased and parts are certainly dated/incorrect like what I mentioned above, the notion that we need "Texas' money" to survive, or the notion that we have a small fan base. The TV eyeballs/brand/winning shit is of course true, but that's what we're trying to change. Again, your issue is that we're trying. Your perspective is that we should just not try. It's completely illogical and a non-starter in any serious conversation.
  19. What do you mean by this? Not trying to start an argument, just curious about your perspective. The bag game has never gone anywhere. This doesn't make sense for a few reasons: That's an extremely reductive take, you'd have to be a fool to believe this initiative is on the back of Cody Campbell's personal bank account. It's hardly just him, he's just taken it upon himself to be the frontman and, as a result, is the most visible driver of our NIL program. Besides, he's a billionaire, he has the infinite money glitch, he'll be fine. It's like I said before, the money isn't a finite well that's going to dry up. We didn't just stumble across a treasure chest full of money in the desert that's going to run out in a couple years, it's an absurd notion. Obviously sustainability is part of the equation. Think about it from a Texas perspective. Do you think Texas is dropping the bag now and is going to stop doing so later? Does that make any sense to you? Why would we do that if a school like Texas wouldn't?
  20. Cynical and dated, for the most part. The kind of take you'd expect to see on TexAgs in 2003. The issue, as always, is that we're trying at all. We should just not try because we haven't done it yet.
  21. I thought Graham Platner and Bernie Sanders both gave excellent speeches at Sanders' Labor Day event. Graham came on at 39:40 and Bernie speaks at 1:18:40
