Just booked a week. Is a week too much in Isla? I'm going with my 37 Florida single mom nurse who is bat shit crazy and her son. Should we do 4 nights on the island and 3 in cancun? Or some combination?
I think its fine during the day. Just like the mercados etc. Not so much at night. We did a walking tour around the central district and our guide was very clear not to come back at night.
I am not a sentimental kind of person. I have very few things from my parents who have both passed that I keep. When they died at different stages I was always put in charge of selling everything we could. I still have stuff in my house from my mom who died almost 3 years ago that I am trying to get rid of.
I still go to secret beach but it's becoming instagram/douche and it's losing it allure. The constant thump of house music in that setting doesn't really match imo. I don't mind the young hot ass though. I doubt Ill go again when Im down solo but if Im with a lady friend I will go
52 getting my second this afternoon. Due to family history I had one at 38 with zero issues. Should have had my second a few years ago. Sutab is sooo much better than the liquid from all those years ago. Really nothing more what its like after a night of wings and shiner bocks.
Well it was about as I expected. 4 polyps but based on the docs 40 yrs of experience nothing of concern but biopsies to be thorough. I'm now on the 5 year plan which I fully expected considering my family history.
Definitely. Its changed a lot. I've been every year since 2018 and twice last year so I don't think I notice it as much since its incremental. For someone who has been in 7 years will be very different. Some will say for the better so will say for the worst
True. I had considered Corozal as well after meet some expats in San Pedro who fly down for the day. Admittedly I spent about 15 mins looks at it.
My understanding is that Chetumal has big box stores too but Corozal seemed really slow and the property seemed pretty average but I look forward to your report @Ag with kids
There is an ATM literally next to jets. But agree to have cash anyway I have considered Belize for a retirement vacation spot but the lack of medical care concerns me in the long run.
Last year we bought my son a 2007 Honda Accord V6 with 45k miles for 13k from eAuto here in San Antonio. So yeah its 15 years old but other than the paint everything else looks almost new. Per the eauto due the dealerships wont touch a car that old. Also its hard for most people to get financing so the price really drops. Even the mechanic we took it to for a minor repair said "where did you get this car because its in amazing condition"
Its getting better but still highly elevated. The new to used transition is all out of whack from covid disruption still. Probably take 3-4 years IMO

Thats nice but way way more than I need or want. Esp since I might be moving to FL in a few years to chase down this nurse I've been seeing and I also plan to have a place in CR
Post it. I have been debating selling my house and moving downtown. My son is going to be a HS Senior and my daughter who is going to be a freshman at LEE are thinking about moving downtown
They are largely disconnected programs. Think of security as two completely different steps. 1 ID check 2 baggage and body screening Clear bypasses step 1. After that you go to step two. If you have pre you got to the pre screening If you don't you go to normal screening.
I usually get to SAT an hour before my flight. I'm usually through security in 10 mins with CLEAR and Pre; with 50 mins to take off and 20 or so mins to boarding. If you think I'm going to sit with the unwashed for 20 mins longer than I have to you are mistaken
