  1. Remember when @washparkhorn was calling people who opposed it anti-union and celebrating Citizens United because it was “more free speech?” Pepperidge Farm remembers.
  2. 38-17 Texas afterwards Kirby Smart will weep alone in his room as he eats a room temperature Bob Armstrong with spoon.
  3. Eh, it’s neutral at worst. If he was pulling out that would be a bad sign. My guess is that either they have some bad footage or a quote that tested well or the trans stuff is resonating strongly with suburban women and minority men.
  4. Thats wet walk. I think he shit his pants. I’ve been saying since Harris became the nominee that Allred would underperform Harris and I’m standing by that prediction, as much as I would love to be wrong
  5. Well I for one am shocked that large orders move clearing prices.
  6. By the way - parties don’t have “ideals,” and only suckers think they do. There is what they do, and who they do it for, and whether or not they choose to respect the public process of choosing sides. That’s it and that’s all. And you may think you’re safe, but if you vote for people who don’t respect the choice, no one is. Not even you.
  7. Anthony Blinken, Janet Yellen, Merrick Garland, Tom Vilsack, Gina Raimondo, Julie Su, Jennifer Granholm, John Tester, Denis McDonough, Avril Haines, Jered Bernstein, Bill Burns, Gretchen Whitmer, Jared Polis, Tim Walz, Josh Shapiro, Andy Bashear, Pete Buttigieg, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris… I got tired of typing - can you name a current Republican presidential candidate who is either a gun owner, has not threatened to suspend the constitution, or not said we should take your guns without due process?
  8. Based on his physical condition and his weight, I’d bet this guy hasn’t done anything the hard way since Barron was conceived.
  9. I spent most of Monday at the state fair. It was very interesting. I saw a ton of people wearing Harris Walz hats and Harris Walz shirts. I also saw an older African-American guy walking around with wearing a shirt that said “Trump Deez Nutz”. I saw one skinny Hispanic teenager wearing a red MAGA hat, and he was being clowned behind his back. Of course, you could say that was Dallas and Dallas is not like the rest of Texas, and that’s true. Dallas is full of people and the rest of Texas is mostly empty. I hat said, in 2016 and 2020 I saw lots of MAGA hats and almost no evidence of support for Clinton or Biden. My point is that I just don’t see the enthusiasm the way that we used to for Trump or the Trump campaign right now, and I see more enthusiasm than I have seen for an Democratic presidential campaign since 2008.
  10. First, A400 is a great shotgun. If I was going to spend 2k on a clays gun I would buy an A400 Xcel for sure. that said, you don’t need to do this- Transactional politics are very normal. usually, when you sell out for one thing, the person you’re selling out to is both basically competent and inside the 40’s on all the other stuff you care about, but really good on your one thing. That’s fine. But that’s not the deal you’re making. you’re selling out everything, including the constitution, for one thing. And unfortunately, the guy you are selling out to is really shaky on that one thing, bad about many others, and totally incompetent with respect to everything else.
  11. @fattyflattie The guy was literally one of the best shots in Congress. Gimme a break with this shit.
  12. It’s amazing to me that so many gun enthusiasts (and I am one) refuse to acknowledge the simple reality that Donald Trump doesn’t understand or know anything about guns or gun culture and has repeatedly questioned in public why anyone needs them and suggested they be taken away without due process. @fattyflattie and others think they can deal with that on a transactional level, but much like the pro-life people you’re looking at somebody who doesnt understand the terms of the deal, doesn’t care about honoring the deal, and on top of everything doesn’t care about the law or what the constitution says. The 2nd Amendment goes is safer with Kamala Harris than Donald Trump, just like the rest of the constitution.
  13. Because she’s one of the good guys. The rules do t apply to the bad guys because they are bad. We need to embrace being the good guys and lean into victory. I think she’s really poorly advised on how to field questions about immigration but once she got beyond the first few minutes last night she did well.
  14. That’s awesome! “Paid for by guys who can still see their own dicks”
  15. With the exception of one moment I don’t have a problem with BB or thr way this interview was handled. I do have a problem that Fox and the traditional media don’t handle all their candidate issues this way, including Donald Trump.
  16. Not super impressed with her on this Fox interview. The combative tone was probably good under the circumstances, but she got led around on the border. It's find to push back on the premise of questions, but if you accept it and don't answer it comes off as evasive doubletalk. She got much better when the questions changed to the economy
  17. The hat was an obvious hit and it’s criminal that they couldn’t roll it out en-masse. On-Demand hat and shirt embroidery exists and only takes a short time to turn around as long somebody’s willing to pay for it. The fact that the Democrat grifter/consultant class would apparently rather limit themselves to well connected vendors in this situation instead of help their supporters stand up and testify is classic D. These people couldn’t get Jesus Christ elected night-soil collector without Republican help.
