  1. Would Iowa State fans welcome Iowa into the Big 12 for this year?
  2. Looks like Nebraska wants to play in the Big XII this year. Do you all need a Homecoming opponent?
  3. The SEC must play in 2020. They have a payroll to meet.
  4. I think the Aggies should be allowed 100 % capacity this year in their stadium with masks not required. I mean what is the downside?
  5. Yes, the season must be spread out. Start 8/29 and build in lots of off weeks.
  6. Add BYU this year plus the 9 conference games and start Aug. 29. I thing waiting until the end of September is not smart. Everyone is going to need some off weeks during the season this year.
  7. Everything seems to be on hold until our conference make up its mind on conference only, conference plus 1, or what ever.
  8. Marlins are screwing up everything. Coming from a state where the virus is out of control, I guess we should not be surprised.
  9. Personally I don't think Kroger looks that great.
  10. A lot of these schools and conferences that are cancelling their fall season are ones that do not have the resources to test continually throughout the season. Those that do have resources and the testing equipment should be able to navigate through the fall, and obviously you wouldn't want to play a school that does not have the same protocol as you.
  11. I believe the season will get underway the end of August/1st of September. I just hope we can finish it.
  12. For those three teams, that is a good thing.
  13. Texas Motor Speedway is hosting a race this weekend at 50% capacity. Will be interesting to see if they can pull it off safely. I would imagine are Athletic Directors will be watching closely.
  14. A value of $33.72? That much?
  15. What values? They talk about all these self righteous values and never follow them. They cheat and cheat and cheat.
  16. I would imagine football for most P5 teams is a money maker because of TV rights as well as ticket/suite/club seat sales. The other sports depend on football revenue to survive.
  17. Hmmm, receiving their 8th(?) NCAA sanctions may indeed put them at the top. EDIT- Looked it up. They move from tied for fourth most penalized to tied for third most penalized. Plus they are now one of the five most penalized teams. Well by the time Jimbo's contract is up, they'll be in the lead.
  18. Stunned I tell you, stunned. Who would have ever thought the Aggies would cheat in football? By the way, are they the National Champs at cheating? If so, maybe they can put that on their wall.
  19. Without paying players, Texas A&M is nothing more than a Miss. State, Kentucky, or South Carolina in football. Just a mediocre team who thinks they are the next Alabama.
  20. I had not driven close by the stadium since last fall, so I went yesterday. It is just as ugly as the pictures look maybe worse. The side by Texas Live looks okay, but the rest of it is hideous. What were they thinking, and who signed off on this monstrosity? The "old" stadium is 1000 times better looking.
  21. Ouch! That is going to really hurt.
  22. Come on people $1.2 billion doesn't get you what it use to.
  23. That I haven't heard. They do have a sizable endowment, but it too was probably affected by the oil prices and the stock market. TCU was in the middle of a billion dollar campaign when this hit. Unless things turn around quickly it will be difficult to reach to the goal. They are about 2/3rds there. A crumbling economy is going to hurt all colleges in the near term. They better get ready.
  24. They are probably preparing for the worst in case we have another virus quarantine. It's been a rough year for education.
  25. What they did is cut the TCU contribution from 11% of your salary per year to 8% per year.
