Did you not watch the last 3rd of the season? The Dude is toast and probably cost us spot in the play-offs. He can go be a mind miniature somewhere else. Also the other MLB teams may be seeing this themselves. The season started to unravel after his comments about the coaches and players.
Since Sark insists not running him off. He should promote him to main OC and turn the headset off. That way we can hire the best OL Coach he can money whip. The Peter Principle.
CDC needs to have a come to Jesus with Sarkisian after this season. He can scheme all the plays he wants, but we need a real OC, QB & OL Coach. $$ whip the best guys available. He could of done much better than Milwee and Flood has yet to put a real run game together since he's been here.
And maybe they are a title contender if they don't make a trade. We have already seen some issues with Whitmore. Adding another player to the rotation probably isnt helping that. Also, maybe Jabari is the late addition. It looks the Chef Ime has got the ingredients already. They are all like 22. They are not going anywhere.
No. You were right. I could see Simmons or Williams getting selected by the Texans in the 1st round or early 2nd, Playing RG and then RT the following year. Fisher moves to LT permanently. Need someone who can move a DT off the freaking line though. Only thing that is missing for the Texans is running game and a legit 2nd WR.
Maybe not. Hope he is not using the Astros as leverage when trying to get a deal elsewhere. Its Boras and everyone will remember if that happens. I will cheer and say thank you and then boo his ass.
Or keep them at there positions and trade Paredes for a good outfielder. I still think that this is a ploy by Boras to get other teams off high center. If it is and Bregman signs elsewhere. He will be booed by the Astros fans and Rome may not be safe walking around the halls of MM ... DYKE park during games. Im talking about type Beltran hate.
Anyone who writes a story about Bregman going back to the Astros is probably getting feed some info from one of Boras spiders in hopes of getting the Red Sox to give him a better offer. Looks like the Tigers have passed and the Blue Jays are signing Santander.
There is not much left for the OF in the FA market. Maybe sign Winkler and/or Sheets platoon the outfield spots. Shouldn't cost much or any draft capital. Sheets has some talent and Winkler been a pretty good OBP in the past.
We agree to disagree. I'm agreement with most here into not getting into these plus seven year contracts, but six is doable. If they need to go beyond, then put some vesting options in it. If you can get the other parties to agree.
