  1. Cleaning out my putter rack. Some bangers here, but also two choice Scotty's. If the putter is still listed here, it's still available; don't ask if it's still available, I won't respond. All putters in SW Austin, payment in-person cash or venmo. Prices are realistic; please don't lowball, but reasonable offers will be considered fairly (esp if you want more than one of these putters). I have some other pics if you want them. Also on CL - https://austin.craigslist.org/spo/d/austin-putter-lot-scotty-cameron/7138671147.html. $285 - Like new Scotty Cameron Select Fastback (2018 model I believe). Purchased with pro shop money from a tournament, I played with this for one round, and maybe 100 putts on the practice green. Always covered. This is basically new. 20g weights, 33" length (from the factory). Original headcover, original matador grip. $185 - used Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2.5, with the GSS face insert. Prices for these putters range WILDLY based on condition, but they're really hard to find overall. This one is used, has nicks on topline and back (bag chatter mostly). No gouges, nothing on the face. The ring around the insert has a nick on the top, but it's not in the strike zone and it's not deep. Plays about 34", used but still solid Iomic white grip. Paint fill on the bottom (red-yellow-blue-green) is flawless. Prior to my owning it, the paintfill on the neck and the bullets on the back was changed to Orange. It's all there and looks great, but it's not original. No headcover. $115 - used Ping Redwood D66 Red Dot putter. Black sating finish, 33", ping PP58 grip (the "og" small ping grip, that Tiger uses). Very solid example of a nice used upscale ping putter. Wear consistent with it being the primary gamer for 2-3 years - no gouges, no major nicks, but some bag chatter and bottom-wear. Not at all abused, and priced below comparable examples on eBay. Has headcover, but is not original I don't think. $40 - TaylorMade Rossa Monte Carlo 7 center-shaft putter. 33", like-new super stroke ultra-slim 1.0 grip. This putter is definitely used but is in perfectly playable shape. No nicks or gouges, just bag chatter and bottom wear. I was experimenting a little bit with counterbalancing, so this putter has about ~6g of weight underneath the grip, at the top/butt of the shaft. Easy enough to remove. Original headcover.
  2. Sigh ... verb (used with object), dec·i·mat·ed, dec·i·mat·ing. to destroy a great number or proportion of: The population was decimated by a plague. to select by lot and kill every tenth person of. Obsolete. to take a tenth of or from. (the best part of this is your pedantic reference is flagged "obsolete").
  3. I LITERALLY meant that figuratively. It's down 50% from where it was two fucking weeks ago.
  4. I'd bet dollars to donuts that with this swing feel, you aren't outside the line at all, but actually on-plane. The really good players play with the club well out in front of their chest, which to normal folks feels like you're shoving it out away from your head like an idiot. It's fascinating to see/feel, right @chitwood?
  5. Fuck this game, and also I love this game. A month ago, buddy and I played at Falconhead and neither one of us (both single-digit handicaps) couldn't find the clubface, much less the sweet spot. Both shot low 90's (easily do-able out there from the back tees). Cut to last sunday - Shot 68 at Star Ranch. Five birdies and two bogies, and really had very little stress all day. Cut to this morning at Star Ranch. Another fucking 68 - four birdies and a lone bogey, and a first-time achievement in my life, a scorecard with no 5's on it. Chipped to a foot on 5 for birdie, two putt birdies on 13 and 18, and my lone bogey was on 12 (par 3, score 4). Crazy game, and those last two rounds have DECIMATED my handicap.
  6. Long since sold, the money used to buy weed. Ask the cart kids, they might share with you.
  7. We left enough of them scattered around your golf course, I bet you can find one or two if you look hard enough.
  8. Cleaning out my golf stuff. I can send you pictures of anything, I just wanted to get this all typed out. I'll edit the post if anything sells. You can see pics on the CL post here - https://austin.craigslist.org/spo/d/austin-golf-club-cleanout-titleist/7136900747.html. I take care of my gear so it's all in good shape, and I'm trying to price this stuff realistically because I want it gone. These are shaggster prices, CL are a bit higher. $150 - Titleist TS2 driver. Rogue MAX 65 Stiff shaft. Clubhead in nice shape, consistent with being the primary gamer for ~9 months or so. No idiot marks. Grip will need to be replaced - I can regrip with a basic Tour Velvet if you want. Comes with a headcover, no wrench. $125 - Titleist 816 H1 23deg hybrid. Legit orange Tour Accuracy Tour AD-Di 85 Hybrid stiff shaft (purchased separately, this is a ~$200+ shaft retail). Club plays 39", which is slightly shorter than off the rack. This is a deal just for the shaft. Nearly-new black/white decade multi-compound grip. No headcover, no wrench. I can adjust it for you before I send it, if you want. $50 - Cobra King Utility 3/4 driving iron (specs - Cobra Website). Shaft is the Diamana D+ 90 stiff. This is actually the shaft that originally came in the Titleist hybrid listed right about this; it's a VERY well received on the market. Club plays at 39.5", which is about a quarter-inch longer than the driving iron normally plays. Original titleist Tour Velvet 360 grip, life left in it. No headcover, no wrench (I can adjust for you if you want, current set at 19.5deg loft. $300 - Mizuno JPX900 Tour irons, 3-PW. These are the clubs that Mizuno developed for Brooks Koepka when he wasn't even on staff. Definitely a players iron (google for info). In incredible shape - some bag chatter, but absolutely no wear on the sweet spots and no major dings to any leading edges. Solid 8.5/10. Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts (slightly heavier than S300, with tighter quality control). Mix of grips as I varied the irons that I actually had in the bag, but all grips have plenty of life left. $50 - Mizuno MP-52 irons, 3-PW. These were my gamers for about five years. Standard mizuno excellence, with a decent amount of sweet spot wear and bag chatter. DGS300 shafts, decade multi-compound grips with LOTS of life left. If you've ever been curious about that Mizuno feel, here's an easy way to try it out for cheap. Ask @DDD Dad, @chitwood, @longhorn10, or @Schlong Connery - they've all lost money to these irons :). $100 - Tour Accuracy Tour AD-Di 6s driver shaft. Will play at 45" in a Ping or Titleist head, not sure about others. Currently has a Titleist shaft adapter on it, but that adapter is messed up and won't tighten properly so you'll need to get it removed/replaced. No cosmetic damage, just a good clean massive upgrade to your driver. Grip is worn and will need to be replaced; I'll include a basic Tour Velvet in the box. All clubs in Austin. No usb ports on any club, and I'm full up on best buy coupons. Cash or venmo please. Reasonable offers entertained, fun trades for Scotty Cameron stuff ok too. I can ship, you pay actual shipping.
  9. Fucking hell ... from RTJ3 timeline but these dudes are just straight up legit.
  10. These guys don't know how to make a bad track. RTJ4 fucking slams. The two early release tracks are catchy af no doubt (oh-la-la-ah-oui-oui!), but out of sight and walking in the snow are rocketing to the top of my list.
  11. I thought for sure this was another game of "find the copperhead I almost stepped on," but then realized it was a slightly-cropped pic of the rat snake from a few posts prior.
  12. SMU opening that Austin pipeline. Jokes aside, good for Chris. Go get yours.
  13. I'm a few miles west/southwest of you, and we've had 2-3 coral's show up in our neighborhood this spring. Data is not the plural of anecdote, but that's more than the last few years for sure.
