So, from these two responses here, you haven't even done the most basic bits of research needed. You weren't aware that what you're building already existed -- a colossal failure of basic market research, something you could have literally googled in seconds. You're not familiar with the problem domain.
And you have not even the most basic knowledge of the tools used to build such things. You're not familiar with the solution domain.
The question, then, is: What value are you bringing to this project? The idea? That's it? A page and a half Google Doc with the barest sketches of a notion? There's no value there, particularly given that the space -- as you've seen above -- already has exactly the thing you're proposing to build.
Successful entrepreneurs bring something more to the table than just an idea. This can be in the form of connections/networking, financial resources, knowledge, skills, and failing all that -- effort. They don't just randomly offer half-baked ideas to others, hoping that others will have all the talent and energy to make things happen, offering nothing but empty promises in return.
