  1. I'm hopeful she's pissed about all the time she wasted throwing J6 traitors in jail only to have them pardoned.
  2. Necrobump. Got an email today that said Zed is sunsetting. I kind of wanted to see this work but it was too much trouble for my non-tech self to figure out how to buy and sell the horses. It also seemed like one of the few used for NFT's that I could understand why they were useful. Anyone else still into this? I guess our Surlyhorses just die now?
  3. We've always had to pay the dumbass tax. But, with Trump being voted back into office, I feel no need to compassionate any longer. This election should have taught everyone to put yourself first. Go out and get yours. That dumbass tax we have all been paying? I would imagine a lot of us will be shifting as much of the burden to the source as we can.

    2025 Drunk Thread

I have two unhealthy habits. I drink too much soda. I tie one on every now and then. Cheers to 2025.
  7. I have to think Johnson is going to pull this out somehow because I have yet to hear a viable alternative from the R's. We shall see but in the meantime, I will be entertained.
  8. Just stop. She will never get it. It's the equivalent of trying to explain the difference between Kansas and Kansas State in basketball.
  9. Did I smile as that ball landed out of bounds causing Corn tears? Yes, yes I did.
  10. I'm hopeful Debeer can get treatment and play in the final. She was back on the bench and looked like she might go in. I thought this match was over for Louisville without her
  11. This match is probably over with her out. That sucks
  12. This has been a great match so far.
  13. Chip Roy, come get you some leopard. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/12/19/trump-administration-transition/#link-3DGB3RBIGVCUXK7O5VVMQND3M4 President-elect Donald Trump on Thursday issued blistering criticism of Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) as House Republicans raced to meet Trump’s latest demands to avoid a government shutdown. “The very unpopular ‘Congressman’ from Texas, Chip Roy, is getting in the way, as usual, of having yet another Great Republican Victory — All for the sake of some cheap publicity for himself,” Trump said on his Truth Social platform, later adding, “Weak and ineffective people like Chip have to be dismissed as being utterly unknowledgeable as to the ways of politics, and as to Making America Great Again.” In a second post, Trump said he hoped “some talent challengers” were preparing to run against Roy and that the incumbent “won’t have a chance!” It was not immediately clear how Roy upset Trump. But Roy is a well-known fiscal hawk who has resisted raising the debt ceiling, something that Trump is asking from Republican lawmakers as they rush to avert a government shutdown before the weekend. Roy appeared to respond to Trump on X, saying: “My position is simple — I am not going to raise or suspend the debt ceiling (racking up more debt) without significant & real spending cuts attached to it. I’ve been negotiating to that end. No apologies.” Trump and Roy have clashed before. Trump also called for primary challengers against Roy in a Truth Social post about a year ago, though it came days after the candidate filing deadline for the 2024 primary in Texas, and Roy went unopposed. Roy was one of the few House Republicans to back Trump’s rival in the 2024 Republican presidential primary, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Trump’s second post about Roy on Thursday also brought up Rep. Bob Good (R-Virginia), who lost his primary this year after Trump endorsed his challenger. “By the way, how’s Bob Good doing?” Trump asked.
